How does the game fit the theme?
The game fits the theme because it’s all about taking risks to complete each level and biscuit. also learn how to make biscuit in a fun way

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I used my restaurant model which is still in progress, so it helped me save time and i used that to my theme and models in this jam. Additionally, the player movement uses a character controller I originally made for my first game, which I now reuse in all my projects. For this jam, I didn’t code it from scratch but reused it.

Oh-ooh!

It was a fun little challenge, although fairly easy. The graphics look great. The controls generally felt good and responsive, and the audio certainly adds to the rage feeling you are going for.

I also like the tutorial on each level.

Overall, well done.

Loved your game

It's a fun rage game. The 2nd level where you have to jump on the butter was a bit challenging but doable. I liked the visuals and the music. Overall a good rage game. Well done!

Submitted

Basically, the game is not bad, but at the beginning it was unclear what to do, and the game lags a little

Developer

The game description explains what to do in each level.

The first level will lag in browser one because of "Flour mesh polycount," though the other level works well.
Though Thank you for paying.

Difficult, great models and a simple but effective idea that works with the theme, love it! Great job

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback 😊.

The game is rage-bait themed because simply jumping on tiles wouldn’t be very interesting.

But I get that level 1 was hard, and it was a mistake to make the 1st level difficult.

The game is too laggy , I don't know if it's only the web version. good idea though

Developer(+1)

Yeah, the first level can be a bit laggy because of the mesh on the flour sack, but the other levels are  running smoothly 🙂. It might also depend on your PC, since I’ve tested it on 7-8 friends' PCs with no major issues.

There could be other reasons too.

Submitted

it's very difficult, and I also found a bug, if you spin, then at some point you reach the maximum

Developer

Haha, yeah, the idea was a rage-bait platformer 😅.

I had some friends play it too and in rare cases the spin angle bug shows up, but for now I’m leaving it as is. I’ll fix it after the jam.

Really appreciate you playing and for the feedback.

I have never felt more rage in my life. UH OH! AGHHH! And the music induces the rage more because it keeps looping so obviously! Level 10 rage bait. 10/10 game

Developer

😂Haha, thanks for playing and for the feedback!

The music wasn’t intentional, but if it makes the rage even worse, I’m proud 😂

really like the theme and how you incorporated some cooking lessons. the first levels were challenging and a bit frustrating which is fine, but i suggest not making the beginnings so frustrating bc a new player has the least amount of patience at the start - if someone's been playing for a while, they're more likely to keep trying bc they've already invested more time in the game. just a personal opinion and maybe a skill issue, but overall still good job

Developer

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the feedback 😊.

I get what you mean about the early levels being frustrating, makes sense to ease new players in more gently.

I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future updates. Glad you enjoyed the theme

i enjoyed the game i really liked the 3d models and i loved the little tidbits each level about what steps of the baking process you were doing.

Developer

Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback! ❤️

I enjoyed the challenging and funny gameplay. Good job! Didn't realize it was a memory game at first. I was thinking, get across as fast as possible.

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! 😄

I’m glad you enjoyed the challenge and the humor. The memory aspect was meant to be a bit of a surprise, players seem to enjoy figuring it out as they go.

That was a really fun game.  I found an issue where at the end of the first level I accidentally jumped over the finish and fell infinitely until I reloaded the page, but I ended up winning the game.  It was really fun, especially the chocolate stick level.  Amazing art too.  Great job!

Developer

Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback! ❤️

The last level was a bit tricky to place the box colliders around the slider, so I let it be that. I’ll be fixing that after the jam. I’m really glad you enjoyed

Submitted

the "defeated by carbs" got me lol -- great work!

Developer

😆I actually spent the last day brainstorming fun slang.

Thank you for playing the game! ❤️

It's visually appealing, but I found it a bit frustrating to have to guess at the beginning that they were memory paths. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, and I tried jumping on any of them, but still, good job :D
Developer

Thank you so much for playing the game! ❤️
I’m glad you enjoyed it overall. I intentionally designed the early part as a bit of a surprise—players seem to enjoy a little ‘rage-bait’ challenge, so I built the core of the game around that. 😅 Thanks for the feedback!

The environment was really well done, I loved the pastel visuals. The gameplay was nice but I think it needs some more polish. Kudos for making a finished game in a week as solo dev! keep it up!

After the jam, I will surely fix few bugs.

Difficult platformer, small hint as to what is a real platform or not would help. cozy environment!

I had so many “uh ohs” but it looks quite cool!

😂 i guess you enjoyed a lot

Great work! The design is quite cool (although I gotta say I'm not fond of butter anymore...). The overall art is cute, and the controls felt very smooth. Congratulations!

Developer

Ahh, the butter level was actually pretty hard because of les friction material on it. 😅

Thank you so much for playing and for your kind words! ❤️
