Hi, sorry I never saw you reply until now. I actually made the dialogue system myself along with a custom node based editor. Took me a good day or two but worked well enough. You can contact me through the discord link in my GitHub profile (https://github.com/thejoeman23), I'd be happy to explain how it works in more detail.

So happy you had a fun time playing xD

Thanks for playing!

I'm pretty sure you can look around completely, but maybe it's something with Cinemachine. Either way, thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it:)

Thanks for the feedback! Would greyed out text box options help to show what paths you've already completely explored?

My Mac could not verify this wasnt a virus, and you know how macOS is about viruses. would've loved to play it but unfortunately I could not :(

Glad you could rizz up the only rizzable girl there. Yeah we didnt have time to add a good sound effect for getting the date, but just imagine that one "yay" sound effect where its the same guy saying yay layered multiple times.

Nice, thanks for playing

Yes, that is a well known bug. Thanks for your feedback!

Glad it found a connection to the real world lol

xD

Yeah, I cant update it but I have since fixed the walking bug and UI isnt affected by vfx anymore. Thanks for trying the game out!

thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed

Please i beg of you, notify me when you come out with a version where the little dot snaps to the lines! I cannot count the amount of times it went off and i had to restart. Couldnt finish the game because of the ragebait, tho it looks super fun and creative

Would love to give your game a play, however "fatal error" is stopping me. Perhaps I should use my legs and walk down to my pc instead of sitting on my bum on my Mac 😅

Rated the point and click one, it was AMAZING. got no time to rate the other tho

The only word that can describe this game is goated. Spoiler warning but I gave this game 5/5 on everything. The ui feels polished, the story is amazing, the art is charming, and the music fits the game extremely well. SFX are super satisfying. What WASNT satisfying is that every time I got near the end the page would turn white, so I have no clue how this mystery gets solved 😭

👌

Rated and gave feedback!

I have never felt more rage in my life. UH OH! AGHHH! And the music induces the rage more because it keeps looping so obviously! Level 10 rage bait. 10/10 game

An interesting genre of game to make considering this theme, hadn't thought of it. The visuals were realistic enough to give that spooky vibe and I liked the multiple weapons. However, a HUGE part of horror games is the sound design. If the sounds aren't immersive enough it can quickly detract from the experience. For example, when I take a small step, the player should hear a small step, and if they dont their brain picks up on the fact it's not real. There are plenty more examples (jump scares also need that spooky sound as well), however I understand these are from free sound so I wont dwell on it. Having monsters that dont one shot the player makes them feel a bit less dangerous and scary. An easy way to make the game scarier is also to make the map smaller and make it feel like the player is just alone and trapped with the monster. Hope that was some useful feedback, and thanks for playing my game!

Well unfortunately we had to go for realism and make the girls horrifying

I concur

Indeed

If only there was a comedy rating section 😭

Glad we could hit 2 records in one go!

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed the dialogue, though I'm sure they didnt end well 🤭

Thank you!

Talk to the emo girl in the back. She will love you

Indeed

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed! I figured you guys could figure out the audio yourselves 😅

I thoroughly enjoyed playing your game. It was polished and well thought out with a good core game loop and replayablility. I would have appreciated the car having just a E to escape button because sometimes I didnt want to go back but it took me anyways. The art was amazing with a good sense of cohesion. The music worked well with the racoon crime vibes and the shop felt nice and cozy. Perhaps too much time was spent making the dialogue as smooth and polished as it was when it was used very little, but oh well. Overall this was a great game and deserves more ratings than it's got! Keep up the good work!

I will rate and give feedback on your game if you rate my game honestly! Here’s my game, comment with the link to your game and I’ll play and rate it.

Thanks, its rough out there

Thanks so much :)

Yeah, just figured you guys are big enough to figure out the volume yourself 👌

Thanks for playing!

I loved the atmosphere of the game and the monster was genuinely scary. What was even more scary was the ft could see me through walls but had no pathfinding so could never get me 🤣. The movement and interactions felt polished but I couldn't figure out how to escape the monster. also it says WSAD instead of WASD xD

I absolutely loved how polished the ui and audio and gameplay was! I have actually been thinking of making a small game with this same blindness feature, so it's super cool to see an example of just that! I couldn't figure out how to actually kill the people so I wasn't able to beat a mission. I would love a more in depth tutorial (maybe just update the game page with more instructions) so that I can figure this out more. Tip: if u want more people to see your game, you've gotta rate other games and give feedback. Overall, good work!

(ps play my game if you're looking for a cursed, comedy game that will make you laugh xD)
