simple and relaxing at first but the further you go the more difficult it becomes... beautiful graphics and music, as the controls are simple but I would recommend removing the option to turn on the flashlight with the mouse and making it easier to light it with a key of the keyboard because at times it is impossible to get the right timing without breaking the mouse puhahahahaha... good job

Really good. The art style was very nice. I like how the character moves. The jumping did feel a little high at some times. But that made it very easy to go around.
This is a cool game! I love how smooth the movement is, and the challenges are well executed and fit into the theme. I hope you take this game further, or make another one like it, as I actually enjoyed this game (coming from a guy who doesn't really like platformers.) Well done dude, be proud! :)
I had a lot of fun playing the game. Very smart design and well crafted challenges. The art is very solid too. Awesome work!
This entry came across as solid and well-crafted. Everything flows smoothly and gives a refined impression. While there’s always room for improvement, the overall experience is very nice, i liked the level design and the use of the lantern to pass the levels and it reminded me of the kind of experience we also tried to bring with our own project Test it please!!
Very nice concept. I'm happy that you spent time to fine tune the movement, most other platformers I played on this jam didn't have satisfying movement, your do!
On top of that the concept is really fun and challenging.
Love the art the sound of this game. The core mechanic was very unique too, to the point where I yelled "Its not what it seeems". Awesome job
The art style is really solid and well established, I love it a lot! It definitely built the identity of the game right from the get go. The mechanics are intuitive and creative, and it feels really good to play with alongside the polished platformer mechanics like the long-press jump and coyote time. I do wish there were more levels as the designs were just starting to get interesting and well crafted, it was suddenly the end.
Overall, I really like the concept and design. I definitely see a lot of potential with the obstacles and possibly opponents, very cool and would love to see more of this!
Thank you so much for playing and all the compliments! 😭🙏
I worked hard on making the platforming aspect of the game as smooth as I can, I completely agree wih the levels suddenly ending, I unfortunatey ran out of development time cause of my work, I really wish I had more time to make more puzzle elements and levels, will definitely expand on this concept more in the future!
Your hard work really shone through with the smoothness of it! I think that in this case you went for quality over quantity, and I find that it was a really good decision as in my opinion, it is a much better experience for a platforming game to have little to no faults in the feedback, controls, and gameplay but just a few levels versus the possibility of clunky, frustrating, and hard to manage controls but a lot of levels. So I find that you really knocked it out of the park with this!
I really like the artstyle and sound design.
The movement is also solid.
I was left wanting more, definitely a great foundation for more levels.
Really well executed, short but good use of the core mechanic! Great job overall!
