This got hard very quickly and you have to spin quite a bit, but the visuals are great.

Cool visual style!

The retro vector look is cool.  Maybe contain the level so you can't fall off? It's hard to get a sense of how much space you have to back up. I think you either need some additonal offensive or mobility options because when you run out of ammo you're kinda screwed!  But nice job it runs smoothly and looks cool.

The game looks really cool and unique, but the difficulty is pretty intense. I’m not really a fan of how quickly you run out of ammo and how impossibly far you have to walk to reach the one ammo crate. It’s basically guaranteed failure if you run out of ammo unless you’re camped next to the ammo crate.

I do like the challenge, but giving the player two miniguns and very limited ammo is very unsatisfying, especially with how cool shooting them looks.

Good job creating a truly unique looking game, but I think it’s a few tweaks away from being a truly great experience

I really like this! The visuals are great, and the shooting also feels really good, I like the arc of the fire and the way you can shoot the missiles out of the air, and the explosions are satisfying. The smiley face is a nice health indicator, maybe some feedback when you take damage could be a good addition, like a screen shake?

Great idea!
Visuals are so unique, it could be really interesting to see something bigger with a style like this. The mechanics are well stablished and polished. The mech looks great and everything on screen is easy to understand. Just, be careful with the way that bases appear, maybe a sound or a minimap could be great to see what's happening in the blind points of the map. Maybe a bigger variety of enemies or more eye-catching elements on the map could be a good way to make te experience less repetitive.
This is a good game with a great idea and a lot of personality.

Outstanding entry, bravo! Enemy variety would be nice.

The retro vectorish aesthetic is truly the main selling point here.

Also the gameplay is simple and to the point. Its pretty good.

The graphics style give a feeling very unique to the game, that remember wireframe graphics game like battlezone and i like it. The principe of the game remember me an old PC/DC game ’incoming”, the control of mech is good and responsive, maybe a little of acceleration or inertie can give a better feeling.

The shield is very effective, maybe too effective, like the fact you can shoot every time without constraint (no reload no limit). if i maintain the shield and continue to shooting the game become easy, i like this kind of arcade game but maybe we can do more technics.

To resume : For a jam game it’s a cool scoring game ! With stylised graphics.

(i had some graphics issues because i test the game on an old laptop)
