The platforming is great! I like the way the levels were created to introduce you to the different powers, although I ran into a bug where my selected powerups stopped working (I was no longer able to become mini despite selecting it). Other than that, it's a very good take on the concept of using your past selves!

The initial impression was very positive. The game has good platformer controls and nice visuals. A pet peeve of mine was that the ability selection screen requires the use of mouse which completely breaks my gameplay flow. However, by the later levels, my positive feeling dissipated. Suddenly, abilities started having side effects when I died and the activated powers stopped working, requiring me to die multiple times before I could flip gravity again, for example. (Side note: not sure if it's intended that you gravity flip is more powerful than in VVVVVV because it is possible to flip gravity again before touching the ground, essentially allowing flight). What broke the proverbial camel's neck was the dark level and the lantern. I don't find forced player blindness to be a very fun concept.
The graphics are sooo good! And I love the level design too – the little storytelling with bodies lying around. The character feels nice to play. Well done!
Cool game! I really like the way you used the theme, especially the idea of using your previous body as a platform. You came up with a lot of interesting powers, and the visuals and sounds are great. Great job!
Loved the idea, the art and sound were cool, however I think the controls for the powers were unintuitive
Hmm I hated how I had to select the power every time I restarted the level. It was very frustrating, because there wasn't even an option to not select it, so why not just give the power. On the mini level the jumps were inconsistent and I twice managed to make one jump impossible by doing on the spike above it so after that I rage quit lol. The artwork was cool though and the idea of making use of your earlier bodies was exciting although not fully realized in my opinion.
This is really fun and creative - I love that the death count ends up as a sort of "par" for a level like golf for myself. It was also just really funny to keep running into spikes on purpose to make a bridge; I wonder if you could lean into how funny that is by giving your new body special bonuses when they stand on your prior body based on how they died. I.e. flat on spikes = speed boost while on top. Very cool!
Creative and fun idea, really slick and got that Binding of Isaac visuals with the main character and the death.
At some point I had to keep the character piling corpses on top of themselves, but it kept saying what power did I want - I only had one choice and it did it EVERYTIME, a little bit tedious to work with, but otherwise great submission.
nice game! I enjoyed the art, it was very well done. The game idea was interesting, but I in some levels it seemed like the powers I had didn't actually work, for example, I took the power that was supposed to make me small, but it didn't, making it very tiring to retry untill it worked.
Also, the camera can feel messy in the way it is locked to the player, something smoother would highlight the art much better.
Still tho, a very nice entry, good job!
