I felt bad that there is no average score, because some teams aimed for all categories, not just one. So I just scrapped the results page and made a table. I agree with Mark that "Overall" is questionable, but I still think "Average" is a valuable score, so I decided to share it.
Hope this feedback won't get you cursed :D
woah, thank you very much for this feedback, its very helpful!!!
Loved the narrative and the concept over all! Nice amount of depth to the boss mechanics.
Took me a second to realize my samurai was doing ranged blows as well (or only?). I also tried to access "MyMinions" menu, sadly to no avail.
Not a huge fan of mixels but it's just a preference.
Good work!
Loved this idea. One of my favorite games I’ve played this Jam. Dialogue was awesome as well. My only wish is that when I died I got some more dialogue from him or something similar. Great work though!!
This game was frikking AWESOME!! Loved the play on the loop, and I loved that the added mechanics were in the player's control.
One of the funniest games I've played in a while. Love the meta narrative and thought the "reverse-roguelike" elements were really clever. Amazing work!
Absolute masterpiece. The game feels so smooth and it's so so incredibly fun to addstuff to it yourself. One of the most unique and creative entries this year
That's actually good! I tried kinda similar concept, but overcomplicated it... I like how focusing on a boss instead of player makes the game feel so much different.
That was great! What kind of boss fight wouldn't be improved by an angry goose. I wouldn't want to fight one of those things. they're terrifying.
This was really fun! The back and forth was really witty, and a super unique narritive take on the theme. Managed to beat him without dying, but now I want to go back and find out what the other additions could be :)
very creative idea, it was nice to see different things in each iteration , PS: hope this feedback don't curse you
The boss is a cool guy! I liked him!! The idea of giving feedback to help him was very cool! I beat the game but kept playing to see all the other powerups. Hope you are going to be in the top 10 bosses of game jams! :D
thanks a lot!! =) my best score was 9 iterations lol
Such a cool entry! Really interesting take on the theme. I loved how the complexity slowly built up as I was getting better at the game so it always felt challenging. The cutscenes between the battles are really funny too, the boss is so charming lol. I think with all the feedback... it might finally be better than sans.
Great entry, thank you all for making it!!
Enjoyed this a ton, short and sweet. Funny dialogue interactions as well.
