Amazing idea. I love that it's not truly random but you need to use some tactics to make it farther. Beautiful artstyle also. 10/10

really fun game! super re-playable, and heaps of potential to just keep getting better. don't stop working on it! great work!

I really like how simplistic and reduced the game is. Audio and Visuals are great, the spin sound is really satisfying and it's overall just fun. But there definitely should be a way to see what effects the different prizes have.

Truly the pinnacle of rogue-likes. The unbalance only makes it better, just like most rogue-likes as well.

Damn, my game crashed. I have a strong build. I can lose if one figure (that's the number 5) appears 5 times. The chance of this happening is about 0.00305%.

A very strange combination of a wheel and a roguelike, but it's cool.

Easy to pick up and really fun. I also love your graphics. I can tell you know what you like visually. It makes me want to try developing a style for my next game. I would recommend a bigger wheel if you want to use pixel perfect rotation though. If you decide to continue developing this game I would also recommend making a bigger pool of items. But as it stands now, this is one of the most well produced games I've played in this jam.

Pretty fun! Agree with the comment that some good feedbacks would make this irresistibly juicy. Great entry.

What a fun little game—pretty addictive, I’d say!

A few extra flashy VFX and some satisfying score-stacking animations would breathe even more energy into it.

Right now, about 80% of the screen space is taken up by the background. The wheel is the star of the show—so go ahead and make it larger! Let it shine! 😁

All in all, it’s a solid entry with great potential. I can absolutely see it evolving into something even more impressive with a handful of thoughtful tweaks.

Found a couple bugs:

  • Managed to have a item slot but was unable to fill it, I think it was due to having to bins.
  • A freeze, probably due to having a Lucky 7 image.png image.png

Also getting a choice of the same prize twice is not good.

It was really addictive! I did get to the loop 12, but it got stuck at the end :(

one of my favorites of the jam so far! very fun to spin the wheel ^^ the only hiccup i ran into was the prize screen seemed to skip sometimes when i clicked through the 'okay'. other than that, great work!

Wow, it's an amazing polished little game. The artwork is just perfect, I also saw the inspiration from balatro with the sounds :D

The hand animation when hovering over an item is so good. Also it would be better if i could hover over an item in the inventory, gj

Cool game, It looks like a mix of rool the dice and loop theme. I really liked the music and sound effects.
Now I want to tell you some issues, and give you an idea of how to fix them (I apologize in advance ):

  • Numbers not readable
    • Increase the resolution
    • pixel art isn't easier than hand-drawn, it's actually harder I think. And one of the hardest parts is scaling it up and setting the viewport etc. Sometimes try hand-drawn art!
  • Too much luck involved, looks like a gamble than a game
    •  Something I've figured out and game designers like to point out is that the players want control! Currently in this game the only control we have is spining and choosing prizes.  Make players decide on stuff a bit more.
      • For example, how about only allowing the player use some or one of the prizes, meaning after they see the spinning result, they choose what boost to do
      • Or maybe giving the player some more chance based on result of a skill based mini-game

Of course from these I don't mean that you should've and could've done this. Just a bit of inspiration.  And I'm completely unaware of how development process went for you. I might looks easy to someone, but It is made with lots of work and effort indeed. Great job buddy!

thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I’ll keep these in mind for the post jam version. i actually made a shop so you could reroll and add a bit of agency, but i had to cut it because of time constraints.

Reminds me of Balatro and Luck be a Landlord. Simple and slick.

It feels like I'm in the casino again :) Great concept, well-executed, and addictive gameplay loop!

I love me some Balatro-type game :D

Idea about gamble and trippy visuals, is the way to go.

Loved it!

Enjoyable little game. Would have liked more synergies or the ability to modify the wheel to get more of a build going.
