I really like the art and the very simple gameplay!
The game has few mechanics, but they are very well executed! It was a fun experience, but so difficult. I managed to bring in all the tea leaves, but 30 enemies came straight at me. There was nothing I could do… :'(
Great Game! Really like the art. The game is quite Difficult, though.
Hey! It's a very good game, I enjoyed it a lot except that I cant win :c .
Very good movement, really like the premise. Would have liked if the bounding box for spawning was a bit smaller on the sides, as occasionally I wouldn't be able to see tea leaves spawning at the sides or bottom of the screen as they were almost completely out of bounds. Good usage of time in multiple ways.
Real good stuff here, super polished, nice difficulty, generally had good game feel, great work! I admit, the ending allowed a single tear to escape mine eye, someone so happy to have received a hard-earned cup of tea. It's truly about the simple things in life.
I spent quite a while on the ending cutscene, almost the whole jam even. Glad I was able to touch someone emotionally with it. Also congratz on beating it, I’ve heard it was quite hard for many.
Really solid interpretation of the limitation! I especially like the effect of the time tomato, I'm actually really curious how you did that on a technical level, it seems like a pretty interesting challenge to store all of that efficiently. Great job on the game!
I just store the position of every moving entity 60 times per seoncd, and just playback that buffer. Not very elegant but it works suprisingly perfomantly.
Nice! I guess that does make sense since that's 600 vector2s, and with a float being 4 bytes that's only 4.8Kb per object, not really all that much data to store if my math is right. Really interesting mechanic!
wonderful time-based mechanics and movement feel, 10/10 voice acting
Man, his voice got me laughing hard. Great game
Very funny and fun game, nice concept. Nice graphics and voice acting. The time reversing power ups were kinda shitty tho.
I wish I could’ve had more time to fix bugs and polish it up but I only have so much time in 72 hours. I’m not a big fan of the whole idea myself but it’s the best I could think of within the short time frame.
Great game feel, got addicted for a little while! GG!
Really cool game, art was amazing.
Really? What stood out? I don’t think my art was particularly special compared to other projects. Thank you so much!
I really like how (for lack of a better word) glowy it was, gave off a great vibe. That and it was just good art in general
Great animations and very pleasant character movement feel! Like the "go back in time" mechanic!
I love the message that is shown to you after you die. It makes it 10/10 for me
I love how it looks!
very fun and creative! specially the intro, i didn't expected that, loved it!
at first i thought i was a god gamer at it, but it can get really hard to protect that teapot lol also the art style and whole aesthetic of the game is really cool, great job! :D
This got a good laugh out of me, really creative. Loved the idea that you need to brew the ingredients to activate their powers ! Not sure that time is always your enemy ;)
Well I loved the intro !!! Also got mesmerized by the number of objects you could pick up !! (got an issue where time got stuck for a few second, when using the time tomato) Overall very cute and fun !!! Great job :D
I couldn't beat it, but it was quite fun. Quite good for a solo dev. I liked the personality of the character. If anything, I never understood the time-reversal item, but it looked really cool. I expected it to fully reverse it, though (like bringing items back and all of that), and at some point, the map filled with them.
I decided against 100% going back in time due to time constraints, after further thought, there was no real gameplay purpose either imo. Thanks for the feedback!
It had the potential to reverse mistakes or allow for strategically gathering the ingredients. For example if you lost ingredients on the pot due to enemies maybe using it could've brought back the progress to where it was, that was what I thought it would do when I played it.
