I'm impressed by how much emotion you've managed to create with so little. Of course, it resonates deeply with the current situation, but even then, the dead simple repetitive game loop is a perfect fit and binds the few screens together with great elegance. I was hooked, not knowing what to expect until the end, even when the numbers seemed to indicate a positive outcome.

Developer

Wow, thank you! Glad you liked it.

thank you for making this! as other said, you got really a lot of stuff from just few cards, it is also fairly balanced, i played it two times and i won just one =)

Seeing an eye at the door was comforting, its absence made me feel lonely, and painfully helpless. I wanted to know and act on what was happening outside. Great progression.

Was relieved to see that end card. Ah, phew, my kindgom will survive. So many emotions :).

Developer

Ah good, you survived. I was in such a rush I didn't have time to balance it... I've played through a few times and got wins and losses, so maybe it's about right.

Thanks for playing. :)

Agreed. You're not the only one it was driving crazy.

The narrative is very powerful. I enjoyed it a lot!

It’s great how much you’ve achieved in 3 main cards! Strong narrative, also thanks to its strong link to the current times…

Thanks for making this!
