To be honest, I didn't find it that... "fun", but I enjoyed it and thought it was a really clever concept for the mechanic. Using your body as a sort of breadcrumb trail to help you escape.
Shame about the lack of audio, but, really impressive that you built the engine yourself! :D

Its a cool maze game, though I don't think I ever really used my past ghosts to help me escape the maze? Unless I was missing some mechanic, I just worked my way to the end, then if I died, go back and do it again? still a cute little game, but would be interesting to try to explore the main concept more.

WOWIE!! A self made engine game in a game jam it's pretty rare thing occuring!! The game reminded me of those old (now dead T.T) flash mazes games!!

PS. To me, those look more like slimes than ghost. I'd also make more sense :3

Nice Game :D

First things first: Cudos for working with your own engine.
Now feedback: Like SheepDog already said Spacebar was no good choice for a button in a webgl game. But besides that and the missing music a solid Jam game :)

Very interesting! Even more interesting that you did this with your own engine~!

My one gripe is that when you hit "space" to go to a new level or respawn, it scrolls down in the page. But other than that, very cool! :)

It's amazing that you did this in your own engine, something I've always been fascinated with, so that already is amazing. The game as it is honestly isn't super engaging, I can't really tell how it applies to the theme and when I died I didn't really know why I died, and it's all not very intuitive. Unique movement scheme but unfortunately not a very enjoyable movement scheme.

Don't tell me you made the game engine and game in 3 days?

The game is pretty good, I like that you're able to come across your dead bodies and ghost walking around.

I did spawn inside a monster which looked weird. The walls being all the same makes it hard to navigate. I managed to complete the game but I know people who get lost turning around would have a lot of difficulty with the game and get frustrated with it easily.

Oh, if you could colour the ghosts depending on when they died, that'd be really cool. I had 2 ghosts in the same area at one point and couldn't tell which was which. The last level might need more monsters/things which can kill you, I was walking around for awhile not knowing whether I was close or going the wrong way.

It's a good advertisement for your game engine.

lol no I didn't make the game engine in 3 days, only the actual game. Thanks for the feedback!
