I really liked the art and music. Love the idea for animal rescue too. Felt desperate trying to save the dog, really glad friendly fire not a thing because I kicked zombies near the dog lol.
Wasn't sure what would cause the nuclear rating to go up, guessing if touched the radiation zones or if take too long to rescue the animals like a timer.
Yeah if you get close to the radioactive props or go outside of the zone you get the radiation higher and eventually die.

Really well made game and unique concept! I like that you included different weapons and mutant animals to rescue so there is variety in the gameplay, great job! :D

i liked the sounds a lot, and the lighting effect for different times of day was really neat! i loved the designs of the pets, but maybe some more interactivity with them would be nice?

Love the world, pixel art is just so charming! Wish my murder to pet rescue ratio was higher on the rescue side, but what can you do in a nuclear fallout apocalypse.
Thank you ! The art was inspired by a mixture of pixel and AAA titles, Yeah we wanted to add a little realism there… but maybe a little too real aha
I really like the art and sound! It certainly hits the "In the Zone" sercet theme, but I'm not sure it's hitting the virtual pet theme, perhaps some kind of caretaking for rescued pets could be implemented?
