Cool simple platformer with tight player controls and feel though the art could be worked on a bit. Almost thought it was a rage game because I thought I had to collect all collectibles in a short amount of time.. But then I realized I could just cheese the game by skipping collecting the collectibles and go to the next level. The problem is there isn't really an incentive to pickup the collectibles.

Maybe when you collect collectibles lore about the world is unlocked. Or maybe you could have some sort of grading system where the player either has to beat the level in a very short amount of time, or the player has to collect the majority of the collectibles. I don't know, just something to make it interesting or provide incentive.

Regardless the game fit the theme and limitation and the player controls felt really nice so you did a good job. I enjoyed the game while it lasted! :)

Fun Game, I liked the art of this game, I would like more levels.

It’s a interesting idea.

In the “day” mode is a little hard to see the pink bug against the red background. The art could be worked in the future. But the idea fits well the theme and limitation. :)

Very simple platformer, and the controls felt nice and responsive, albeit floaty, still I felt in control. Nice entry!

Nice platformer! Some of those jumps were really hard and the spikes would sometimes appear out of nowhere which gave it a Kaizo Mario type feel. Looking forward to seeing what you can do with it next!

Developer

glad you enjoyed it (:

First things first: I don'r like platformer and especially when they are hard to win.

But: The cute character and nice sounds kept me trying longer than I expected, so cudos for that ;)

Critic: The jump controls felt a bit clumsy, but who am I to judge, when I don't play such games out of GameJams

I liked the sheep or whatever it was, sometimes the jump got bugged, besides that it was a nice game

Feel free to check out my game, it will mean a lot to me

+ Neat platformer
+ Controls worked well
+ I liked the dark mode

- The UI could do with some work, it obscured too much of the screen and it was hard to see how much time I had left
- Maybe the first few levels could have a longer time so that that player could get used to the mechanics
- I think that the exit icon could be clearer as sometimes it was hard to see where I needed to go

thanks for the feed back, I thought the UI was not clear too gonna try to edit it.
