I really enjoyed the visuals of this game, the musical theme and the warm colours really stood out to me, and I loved the player sprite. The music fitted well too, and the mechanics behind it slowing down and stopping when you paused the game was well implemented.

In terms of feeling the platforming felt a little stunted, and there is an exploit where you can make your character wall jump if you hug a wall and then jump off of it, but with it being a team of one programming I can understand such a thing not being a priority, especially with the other mechanics to implement.

nice game, i like the graphics and the music, i cannot finish the first level due the fast spinning platforms are too much for me, but was a funny experience in general.

A very nice game! Stunning visuals & music. The floor tiles seem to be lines up wrong: there are clear empty lines (see the attached image) between them & they are flickering while you move. Nevertheless, great job!

Love the character's walking animation. Lol I didn't know that I can stop the time, so I almost completed first level without using this ability. It was pretty hardcore.

Thats a hard game, I like the idea you were going here, good effort

This game has a nice cohesive vision - music man in a musical world avoiding dust bunnies and cranking hits out of his little gramophone-like box. The animation of the main character is cool, the visuals overall are pretty nice in fact. In principle I think it's a charming little platformer with charm - but it must be said that there are some issues.

The main one is the difficulty, which doesn't always feel fair. I made it over 4 treacherous spinning platforms after a dozen or more tries (see pic below) but was then killed by a large group of enemies without much warning. I was sent back to before I completed the jumps and tried a number of times to make it past the mob - but eventually was forced to give up.

Overall I felt this was a good effort and particularly stylish and I'd have loved to see what more it had to offer, but I wasn't able to finish it. With a little tweaking I'm sure this could be addressed though, such is the way of game-jam games! Good job :)

The games music and the visuals is all really good, and it gives the game an interesting atmosphere. But for me the game was too difficult, and I was not able to get very far. And I am not sure how to deal with the enemies. For me the game could overall have used a bit more polish. When all of that is said, do this game have a lot of interring potential, and with a bit more work, it can definitely become a really great little game.
