Really peaceful game, could have benefited with some calm music.
Very quiet game, I like this kind of zen game. Adding a zen music and some "condition to win" will be a plus. Good entry by the way
Hi, good game for your first entry. i ran out of "sea" because i went to far to the right. other than that. maybe add a "survial timer" and score and different points for catching different sizes of fish. + a few sound effects.

It could be faster, also with obstacles. And feedback when you catch a fish.
This is an interesting concept, but it would definitely be more enjoyable with some kind of reward or goal for eating fish/staying alive, and some more more polish.
I like the creative construction of your game. With limited time, abstracting the fish to shadows helps save time and clearly marks the "Underneath Us" theme of the jam. I see that the basis of your gameplay loop is done, and there's potential for improvement.

The idea was to add wind that makes you go faster depending on the direction. But definitely no time for that. Paddle to consume your health is a good idea !
