The main idea was to compose a peaceful theme generally used in forest towns but incrementing with synth sounds. With so many trees among the buildings, it doesn't feel like a big city at all.

I love it! It is gentle, peaceful, and "with so many trees among the buildings, it doesn't feel like a big city at all" really fits the theme! It is a great photosynthesis-city theme! And in fact, slap some icicle-sounds or sleigh bells on there and it could just as well fit the IceCream Town theme!!

With the calming instrumentation, this tune takes you to a lush environment where houses are covered or guised as trees. Imagine people walking with ease on the streets, with strings of sunlight shooting through the leaves!
Judging from the use of jazzy chords, are you a jazz musician?
Thank you very much! I'm not much of a musician but I'm a really big fan of jazz, so whenever I compose I lean more into chromatic notes and common jazz harmonic progressions.
This sounds like you draw inspiration from Nintendo DS game music and I think it would fit in very well in that style of games! I love the tasteful jazzy dissonance in the bass notes in the B section. I also love the outro with the major 7th chord arpeggio- I wasn’t expecting the loop to follow, but it was really smooth! This feels like a great nighttime take on the photosynthetic city prompt. Great work and thank you for sharing!
