As soon as I saw the art style and realized what the beach was a reference to, I knew I was in for something good. Like everyone else is saying, great vibes all around... really liked the humor and art in this. I did have some trouble determining when it was properly over though, would love to see more!

GOOD VIBES

Fantastic little game! The vibes are immaculate, and the melting mechanic is an interesting addition to the 'dreaming on a sunny little isle' premise.

Kinda ended abruptly and without realising it (unless I'm missing something? I wandered around for ages post-sweeping up Wakasagi's cave but didn't find anything) but I'd love to see what more could be done with this.

The visuals and music are sooooo nice, particularly the character portraits (and Wakasagi's theme!) - also worth noting I liked how you did the character designs themselves. The dialogue was great too, this was a fun little game to explore in, and the aesthetics really lent themselves well to the tone and setting of the game. Crafting system is also cool!

I did wander around for a long time before realising that sweeping the floor was the final boss, though.

Wonderful submission! I hope to be able to see a finished game soon so I can partake in this world a little longer.

Very cute game with a fun world to explore. I love the vibe.

I very much like the concept! I think it can be expanded further!

What is presented is really polished and enjoyable. I can't get over this charming dialog and character art.

I wanted to see Cirno in tiny sunglasses..
Anyway, this is the complete package, isn't it? Pastel colors, lo-fi beats, I'd even say the character art is on par (heck, maybe exceeds) whatever era this is supposed to be reminiscent of. Would've preferred seeing a bit more pointers on how to progress in-game but hey. Proud of myself for finishing the broom quest (before fumbling around and taking a while to realize that that was it).

If I do more of this, the hat slot affecting the sprite is definitely on the feature list 🕶

Just need to implement sprite-changing stuff in a less haphazard way...

Gentle and wholesome game with very neat visuals and music. The gameplay is also pretty chill, although the survival aspect honestly isn't there (I only lost 30 energy after finishing Broom Quest haha). I believe it'll soon come to play with the full version though. Soft and smooth, hoping to see the complete thing!

P/S: Is there actually an ending/game over if you let your Energy drop to 0?

Developer(+2)

You can lose, but it's implemented in a pretty barebones way since it'd require standing still for like 15 minutes...not that it'd be a brutal moment-to-moment survival experience anyway, but this is basically a safe tutorial area with no followup lol

This color palette is so good. The music is super chill and the whole vibe of the game is exactly what the title suggested it would be. The polish on this one is great. Nice job!
