Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
In our game, pigment for creation comes from the sacrifice of yourself or someone you care about. It's a small and strange fairy tale-esque story about extreme generosity, made during a time when creating was the only thing that made sense to us.

The artwork is so pretty! Kinda make me think of Hades in a way haha. I had some bugs here and there but good work! Would love to see more of this :)
Gonna follow the other commenters’ cue and gush about the visuals, but how could I not? The game has an incredibly distinct style, and the walking animation is really nicely done. I’m also vibing with the character interactions, I had fun reading them. I wish there was a slight cue where you’re supposed to go, it took me some wandering before I realized the cursor changes in certain corners. The game also bugged out for me when I was talking to the skeletons in the third room, the dialogue box didn’t close so I had to restart. Overall, fantastic work, kudos to you both!

I got stuck on the 5 Skulls too after he gave me some teeth and had to restart the game but OMG the visuals!! I love the artwork in this game and the dialogue is fun; all of the characters feel so different and unique. Great job!!

The game doesn't seem to be working correctly on my machine. Dialogue seems to progress if I click anywhere at all, even before I start talking to a character. So, sometimes the character is in the middle of its conversation by the time I finally open the dialogue box. The Smoker and The Guardian both give dialogue that seems like I'm supposed to have left, done something, and come back, but they will just say the dialogue right away on my first interaction with them. They also sound like they're giving me something, but there's no inventory system that I could find to see what they gave me. As others have said, the game softlocks after speaking to Ske, Le, and Ton. And what a shame! The art in this game is really beautiful, and so is the story that's being laid out here. I can see the vision for what the game was supposed to be, I hope you have a chance to fix it up and bring it there.
You're absolutely right — we didn’t quite have the time or structure to fully realize everything we had planned. We had a complete outline, art direction, character concepts… but it all gradually became a bit too ambitious for what our time and energy could handle. That’s why it means a lot to hear that you could still sense what the game wanted to be — that really touches us, even if it's also a bit bittersweet. We’ve learned so much from this experience. Thank you sincerely for your thoughtful feedback! If we get the chance, we’d love to come back to this and give it the polish it deserves.
Very, very interesting premise. And oh gosh, the visual style is right up my alley! So nice how the bones' shadows flicker back and forth. Same with Grunlock, I bugged out at Ske, Le, and Ton!
We’re so glad you enjoyed the style — our art team put a lot of heart into it, so it really means a lot to hear that! The game is still very much a work-in-progress (maybe even a half-work-in-progress!), and what you played was the result of a lot of last-minute compromises. We all have our regrets about the things we couldn’t finish in time. Personally, I really hope we’ll get the chance to fully realize it someday.....
Cool game, the visuals are stunning! I kept getting stuck at the end of the dialogue from the 5 skulls (had to restart the game) and it took a bit of time to work out where to click to navigate in some areas. The characters are well illustrated and have unique personalities. I like how friendly the player looks compared to the others. Interesting setting and story, great work!

Love the visuals! Skeleton is a very interesting element. Would love to see more of the story. I hope it can go beyond just a visual novel and incorporate more gameplay elements.
