Ooh, I like how ball is animated, how did you do that?
Wasupmacuz programmed it. It’s a single sprite that changes its viewpoint on the sprite based on its velocity and direction
Really like it, good stuff. It was pretty tough to actually score some goals, but managed to get some in at the end.
Would love if you could check out my game as well if you have the time :)
After the AI scored on me, the game completely broke. Although, I like the theme and game direction since every goal you score a card spawns for an upgrade or enhanced ability.
hey, I’m probably going to keep working on this post-jam. How bad did it break? Like I already have ball refresh if oob on the todo, but I’d like to fix any other bugs too! Ty!
The AI doesn't move after they score and the game got stuck
ohh, yeah it’s just waiting for you to grab the card
I had it moving beforehand, but it would rush to steal the card from you. (In one case it javelined me to steal a javelin from me)
This is a really nice game. You did a wonderful job. I just had difficulty with the controls, that is on me not you.

Ai kinda stupid at the beginning, it score on its own goal. I thought the goal is swapped for a moment lol. After I got 4 score it start to play better :)
The ai was really good also W name for the game!
Nice game, I love the atmosphere! In my game, the AI managed to use the shield to push the ball out of bounds. Some sort of ball reset mechanic for when that happens would be nice.

Nice thought on the game , and the AI was pretty competitive . The idea of abilities were great . but it takes a while to get hang of it haha .
