Nice concept!

Not sure on what to add, perhaps make some attacks come in "ranks"? make harder attacks come later on instead of it feeling seemingly random and easier attacks only at the beginning as a warmup?

This game is a lot of fun! The mechanics are really cool, I love the sound, and the graphics do the job awesomely.

A good innovative idea. I liked the sounds especially, the witch laugh being the best. I liked the idea of different types of enemies, when they enter the room, have a different moveset. Really cool.

Loved the mechanic and the gameplay variations! also i'm a pixel art fanatic so loving the art aswell, this is very original!

This is a super creative and original interpretation of the theme and I had a great time with it. It has a very approachable difficulty curve, a nice polish, and overall it hits all the bases. Only issue I really noticed was a typo in the 'how to play' screen - 'more' is spelt as 'mroe'.

A courtesy rate for my game would be greatly appreciated!

Developer

thx, yeah noticed the typo after i submitted it because i lost 2 days to college, yeah i will.

Haha, I love it. Great idea to dodge with the entire room. I like how it's like 2 levels of dodging where you don't immediately lose a life when getting hit by the projectiles, but have a chance to dodge them inside the room as well. Had fun playing. Thanks for making it!

The concept is well done and the room mechanic serves to highlight both of the themes nicely. the speed of the obstacles feel just right for the movement.

This is such a unique concept, I'm in love with it. I really like the multiple layers of player space you have going on, and you took the base idea many people had and expanded on it in a way I would have never even thought of! The music is great, the sound effects for the witch are cool, the sprites are nicely drawn, the mechanics don't over stay their welcome. One thing that bothered me was I had 3 things in the room I was trying to dodge and then all of the sudden I got an upside down and lost. I know, mad cause bad, but maybe consider flipping the way the room moves without flipping the player space (Or not, I am just really bad at reversed controls). I would love to see this realized into a full game!

Developer

thx. the thing is that this is the easy version there was a way harder version i had to make easy because no one could get past 20 XD

I would love to try the original difficulty if you ever come back to this project!

This is such a great idea and it's super versatile as well. You could've made it a browser window moving on a virtual desktop trying to avoid the viruses lol. I couldn't tell if it got harder or not. Super random note that doesn't effect gameplay: I have a feeling the slimes should've been the random bouncers and the fireballs the homing ones  as visually the fireballs looked more scary and dangerous whereas the slimes were the ones I avoided. Great game!

Developer

thx, yeah it does get harder after 30 points, made the difficulty go up slowly because people were saying it was hard to get past 17 score XD.

I enjoyed playing this! The idea is very cool, I think you managed to match both the theme and the optional challenge very well. The gameplay is nice, maybe the player character could move a little bit faster? I like the random effects that happen sometimes. Good job!

thx. i would have added more effects but i lost 2 days because of college
