The controls of this game were really cool but the levels didn't push me to use the mechanics of the game. I feel like it wants you to use the momentum and have a balance of having freedom of how to beat the game while being efficient with your moves but the loose level design made me beat the levels in a not so elegant way.  Maybe a time limit for levels could have been something that put it all together.

ps: sorry for sending this 3 times accidentally  haha

Yeah I believe the main issue was that the level designs were focused more on being vertical for the wall kicks instead of being more compact and horizontal for the slopes. I was planning on adding more of these levels, but had to shrink the level size down due to time.

And don’t worry about the multiple replies. I’ve done that multiple times cause of itch not showing that I really submitted the response.

Very ambituous entry with large levels. It is fun to run around and wall jump. After a while it also becomes frustrating which indicates that some more rewards or hints are needed. The only weak point is the sound.

Developer

There is an arrow that does point to where the goal is as to give you a general idea of where you need to go, but I never really made that apparent in game.

Really nice game, the difficulty makes it feel very rewarding when you finish a level. It would've been nice to see some more SFX.  Great game!

Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah currently sound design is my weakest field, and is one I’m slowly working to improve.

I liked this concept. It was difficult to play, but that is part of the reward of this style of game. Really liked the graphics and sound effects!

Very interesting concept, it was really tough for me to play this one but i really liked it, other people told it much better in the comments below,
really liked this game!

thanks for playing!

I tried to make each level possible without any special mechanics (except for the second tutorial which was not very bright in hindsight).

Fun! I spent enough time with it to get at least sub 10s on each level.

Lvl 2 was the toughest to do this with, I think the normal path is faster than the harder one. Also through doing this I've come to realize there's much oddness about the wall-jumping. Learning to use the gravity mechanics well actually helped me finish my goal.

That being said, love a platformer, especially a momentum based one. Good job!

Developer

Yeah there are some odd instances in the wall jump that I haven't been able to iron out (there's a very small chance that instead of a wall jump that you'll jump straight up instead)

Thanks for the feedback!

Interesting game. Conceptually I like the idea of increasing and decreasing the gravity, but in practise I just had to hold up for the entire game. The gaining speed from slopes is really cool, but wasn't used anywhere.

Thanks for playing!

Yeah the increase in gravity would've been focused more on the more horizontal levels I had planned but had cut short due to time. Glad you like it.

cool game, well play :)

the gameplay is realy good and design is good too ;)

i like graphic, its biutifull and simple.

the only problem for the game is soundesign, you realy need musique i guess

Developer

Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah I can say without a doubt sound design is my weakest field that is slowly being worked on, but I'm glad you enjoyed the other aspects of the game!
