Graphix and sounds are excellent but the game seems a bit hastily put together. There is no tutorial for example which would be very helpful since there are a lot of different type of objects floating around in space. The tractor beam does not work very well and the gravity simulation is wonky .
There is a tutorial, its at the bottom of the menu
Thanks, I found it! Sorry to bother you.
Its ok thanks for playing !
This was a really neat concept and game.
I wish that you had more control of the asteroids when rotating them around your planet when they are right next to your planet. It really made it difficult to attack the fast moving enemies since the asteroids would usually spawn close to the opposite side of the planet compared to the enemy.
But the resource / power-ups were a really nice addition.
Fun and unique take on the theme, and in my opinion quite well executed.
At first I thought grabbing objects should be more snappy and consistent, but after playing through the hard mode I realized there was a lot more nuance to it. It really matters that you use the push and pull in conjunction to put things where you want them to be in that mode.
I usually ignored most upgrades besides the blue resource generators and shields in a pinch. Things spawning inside other things is a bit of a bother, but there's usually more than enough spawns to get on with it (unless you're unlucky).
Loved the art and the choice of music fit as well!
good idea to try this but honnestly its not work, i think the gameplay is not realy good
maybe the gameplay can realy be upgrade if the meteor stay in laser when you spin for shoot with it (maybe)
well play mate for this game :) good try for the gameplay
Really cool game. I like basically everything except that useful things can destroy each other. That part is really annoying. Especially when it happens without you even having the opportunity to stop it. Like when an asteroid starts flying away and a thing spawns inside it (or very close to it). Not letting this happen is something you can probably learn with time, but I don't like playing game jam games too much, so I didn't invest in it.
