Still gotta finish it, but it's a winner for me! Not gonna lie, took notice at first because I also enjoy the Soldier packs. Definitely better executed than mine though!

I fully enjoyed the game during the streaming, I already gave my opinions there, but I'll summarize:
I love the characters, they singlehandedly carry the game. With a good choice of portraits and different personalities, they makes the dialogues very fluent. There is some steep development between the characters, but I felt it was confusing since it was not clear for how much time they've been traveling and how much they grew closer.
The story unfortunately didn't really caught my interest (there wasn't really anything that made me look forward to the next events), if not for the final part.
The battle system is a cute idea for a game jam, even if the healer is completely useless until the final fight.
And the theme is... not there.
Oh, wait. Maybe there is: Liara is a waifu beyond expectations. We'll settle for that.

This game is quite the endearing project. Its balanced pretty well, the story's pretty epic and it had that adventure theme of defying what is expected quite well. Good job.
