This game has potential, it's core concept is genial!!

Fix the movements a little bit slippery add a little bit of detail to the graphics and it's perfect <3

Cool game! As I said before only problem is really the movement speed. Here's my playthrough of it: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/570130189

I love the idea and very stylish minimalistic presentation. Good exploration of time-warping ideas.
And I feel you can get a ton of puzzles from that simple mechanic.

One of the best entries in my opinion. I like the idea, the maps are great, the overall look of the game is simple but it fits. The movement should be more precise though, it is very floaty.

Wow, the mechanics were awesome, wish I had more time to play through the whole thing. 5 stars!

Amazing job. The idea, Execution, and Presentation were fantastic. i love the artstyle (I'd love to know how you made the effects) I wasn't able to get past the second level. It was because I kept sliding off my clones. maybe up the friction a bit. It also might be my platformer skills :P Great job!

Thank you so much!

The anaglyph/abberation effect was made using a simple shader that adds an offset to the red/blue channel of the sprite (and rendering the sprite to a seperate viewport so the shader won't affect things near the sprite).

This is basically the whole fragment shader:

COLOR.ga = texture(SCREEN_TEXTURE, SCREEN_UV).ga;
COLOR.r = texture(SCREEN_TEXTURE, SCREEN_UV + offset_r).r;
COLOR.b = texture(SCREEN_TEXTURE, SCREEN_UV - offset_b).b;

The background and spawn/start screen effect was made using Godot's CPU particles.

Great game, I actually had the same idea not so long ago. Graphics and sounds are simple but to the point, controls are good. One of the best entries for now.

Thank yoouuuuu :)

What a great game! I love the idea, the execution is great and the possibilities for many puzzling levels are infinite. I wanted to play more, I got so sad when the wall didn't disappear after activating a button in one of the levels. Not sure if that was the end or a bug stopped me from finishing, but I truly enjoyed the experience and it left me wishing for more!

Developer

Wow thanks! This is actually my first game jam entry ever so this comment really means much to me! I'm really glad you like it.

In some levels there are buttons which require multiple clones. It might be a bit hard to miss that. I will have a look if there are any bugs though!

There are ten levels. After that you will go back to the menu.

My pleasure! It was a level with a button on the left connected to the floor under which was a flag connected to the button on the right.  The floor just didn't open or I must have missed something :/

You were absolutely right! Level 9 was bugged. First gamejam lesson learned: Never make adjustments five minutes before the deadline.

I updated the game with a fix. Thanks again!
