Description
A soundtrack for World of Memory, an imaginary adventure game!

After the loss of a beloved relative, you dive headfirst into the deep World of Memory.

You find yourself able to breathe at the bottom of a vast ocean, slowly rising upward, away from the depths.

At first treading water on the surface, you eventually learn to swim and make landfall at Colorsplash Beach, a sunny and delightful hub area with several puzzles to distract you.

In time, however, you must make a choice:

Will you stay in your world of memory?

Or will you fight to return to reality?

Message from the artist
thank you for listening <3

Theme

Inside my world
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
I wanted to explore how our inner worlds and our memories interact, how we can so easily withdraw and obsess over memories (good or bad!) while life goes on. I also loved the deep water feeling of the picture theme, and tried to incorporate that into my sound choice and composing!

This was so well produced and composed, I had so much fun listening to it!! I absolutely loved the lead whistle-y sound, it really tied all the tracks together nicely. AWESOME JOB!!!

Loved the mood in "Colosplash Beach", that was really pleasing to listen to and the dynamics in "Fight to Remember"! Great composition overall, well done!

Really cleanly composed, and the way you combine your instruments and sounds have such a nice texture! It was very enjoyable listening to this, great job!

Wow! Not going to lie, I found this submission after soundcloud randomly suggested the main theme to me. Had to find the whole submission. Really good!

The mix is superb! Crisp, clear, well-balanced. And the composition itself is outstanding. Excellent work!

Amazing mix of sweet and emotive orchestration with those synths and sine lead! There are a lot of great textures too :D

I felt embarked deep beneath the surface peacefully right from the beginning, very magical, superb opening honestly!

Colorsplash Beach kept that vibe with the sine melody and the plucked string intrument introduced before. Nice playful song to play along some puzzle, chill and fun :)

That last track began with some wonderful chord progressions. You managed to give that sense of fighting moment very cohesively with the rest of the Ost.

It is an original and superb submission in my opinion! One of my favorites :)

Wonderful arrangement and choice of sounds. Love all the little reversed shimmers and watery textures. Especially the "colorsplash beach" song evoked such strong images. Instantly checking out your other work. Are you on other platforms too?

These were so great and expertly made and had fun instruments and well just everything about them was fantastic!

Incredible job!

Your chord progressions and melodies are out of this world! Everything sounds lovely. Thank you for composing such an amazing and inspiring set of songs, I liked everything about them.

You made these synths sound so natural. What you did with that sine lead was impressive! I loved the airy and soothing atmosphere you crafted with this soundtrack. Each track definitely took me to another world and kept me there until the very end, especially your track "World of Memory." I really enjoyed this submission. Superb job!

awaaaa so GOOD such gorgeous gorgeous textures. mixing is immaculate on all these too.

love the tremolos and blippy sounds in world of memory, with the soft whistley lead (and i love how this lead is used as a reoccuring instrument).  so organic and magical wowza.

color splash beach is so calming and cozy, and i just love how you use the whistle lead more hehe. so many tiny details the seems the pop out and make the track feel teeming with life.

fight to remember is insane frankly and goes so many cool places.

i'm so freakin inspired!! this needs to be in a real real game immediately or i'll literally scream. you're incredible

This is a phenomenal OST. Extremely well done!

Fight to Remember gives me some Final Fantasy 13 vibes, and Colorsplash Beach really put me in the same nostalgic space as when I replay Legend of Dragoon. This is exactly what makes OSTs hit home for me, and you really nailed it.

I think my favorite is still the Main Theme though! It's tough to choose because they are all so fresh and interesting. Top 20 for me!

Beautiful soundtrack. I really liked the incorporated "watery" sounds, it really fits the theme. I would love to hear these tracks in an actual game

Beautiful, I love how you used instruments almost sounding like a whale singing in World of Memory. The blend of orchestral and electronic sound is incredible. The sound going backwards really sells the Memory theme, like flashbacks, the noise feels like you can see an old picture, an old memory that is a bit blurred by how long you actually experienced it. It's amazing!

All the others are perfectly orchestrated, please tell me you're a professional, I can't believe it if that's not the case!

1.) World Of Memory (main Theme)

Holy! Starting off extremely strong with such a peaceful and meditative track! I love your use of sound effects for this one, amazing work! I'm already excited to see what else is in this OST.

2.) Colorsplash Beach

So calm and relaxing! Definitely feels like a song you'd hear at a beach. Also feels somewhat inspiring if that makes sense. A very nice upbeat song!

3.) Fight To Remember

Interesting take on a fight theme. It starts off somewhat peaceful and lures you into a false sense of calm. And then the song really picks up pace and definitely feels more energetic. Definitely would be a fight to remember if this was in an actual video game!

Overall, I really enjoyed these tracks! Definitely one of, if not my favorite OST I've heard so far. It captures a sense of calm and energy so well and even if it's only three tracks, I had a lot of fun listening to them nonetheless. Amazing work!

I am typing these thoughts as I listen to the OST.

World of Memory - What an atmospheric opening track! The first half of it has a purely textural vibe that truly feels like you are in the ocean, and then the second half comes in and makes you feel at peace almost!

Colorsplash Beach - Immediately you can definitely feel a very happy and upbeat vibe, a major contrast from the previous track, which was much slower even if peaceful. However, it almost feels too happy in a way, like this isn't the place you really should stay in.

Fight To Remember - Very textural, more similar to the first song than the second! But after a slow and peaceful, yet somewhat melancholic opening, it gets right down to business with  the percussion and the other various textures. Various exotic and tense instruments inhabit the middle section, before it slows down once more to conclude the piece and the soundtrack as a whole.

Overall, I really enjoyed this soundtrack! World of Memory is probably my favorite!
