Thank you for your kind comment! I actually started making videos with my submissions after the cool stuff I saw you do in the rmcc jams haha. The violin I used is the Stradivari Violin from Native Instruments!

Lovely work! As others have mentioned, the way you transition between instruments is so well done. The music sounds perfectly full and rich, I never would've guessed there were only 3 instruments playing at a time! There are a lot of things being portrayed really well here, but I personally loved the way you used small figurations with the marimba, it really captures the small, scurrying movement of small animals that I think is crucial for depicting characters like Squeak. Amazing job!
So bouncy and fun, I love how you captured both the energy of an electric type with the spooky-ness of a ghost type, really cool way of interpreting and depicting Ghool! I did feel more electric type energy than ghost type energy though, maybe something like a theremin would've been a nice way to get more ghost-y vibes. Also, I'm surprised nobody mentioned this, but your title is just sooo good, it works on so many levels haha. Great job!
Nice vibes! I get the chill travelling feel you're going for, and the squeak-style sounds are a great touch. I do wonder if the rhythm of the movement fits Squeak though, it currently sounds like the music is moving with bigger strides, while I imagine rodents to move in a scurrying motion, with their little feet tapping the floor a lot. Might be something cool to think about! Thanks for sharing!
Hey, it's great to hear your work again! I hope you've been doing well. As always, amazing stuff, this is so perfect for a Rhythm Heaven game. Aside from the obviously great composition and quality, I especially love your re-creation of how the rhythms get trickier and harder to grasp, just like the games. Even the video captures that Rhythm Heaven vibe so well. Awesome job, and thanks for sharing!
I love how you gave Squeak a dark side, your music and the art really sold it! Also really like the first part of the music, it's very charming and reminds me of the Magicka soundtrack. I do think the lighter and darker parts sometimes didn't mesh perfectly, but I think overall you did a great job of depicting Squeak in a very interesting way, completely different from me haha. Thanks for sharing!
Really nice, peaceful piece, great job! It's great how you introduce that main repeating figure, and build upon it so well, it never sounds boring thanks to how you introduce so much interesting variation around it. I do think the music might be a tad bit too quiet, I used to do that a lot too. Don't be afraid to make it louder, it sounds great! Thanks for sharing!
Let's go team bird! Congrats on your first composition, I really like the narrative in the music, where things start off with the alarm, then transitions into the ominous low chords building up. It builds up a lot of tension! I didn't quite get the fighting vibe from the second half of the piece though, maybe you could try to have more energy in it with things like faster rhythms or syncopations?
Wow this is amazing! I’ve always loved the infectious energy and fun your music always has, and this OST is just filled to the brim with that! I think I especially like the more complex rhythms you use, which when combined with the non-chordal notes I noticed you’re using way more often now, makes your melodies have so much personality and catchiness. It’s great! My favorite track has to be “Today is NOT a good day”, it’s so catchy and enjoyable to listen to. Awesome job and thanks for sharing!
Incredible work! You captured the Irish and Scottish style incredibly well, and the OST was just so comprehensive, cohesive, and beautiful. It’s amazing how you portray so many different scenes and story beats, carrying themes and motifs throughout, while maintaining such a high quality until the end. And the ending, and how it ties everything together in such a fun, triumphant way…it’s magnificent! Thanks so much for sharing this fantastic OST!
Awesome OST, this has so much power and atmosphere! The depth and variety in the percussion and rhythms sets such a good pulse and momentum, and the choir and strings do a great job of adding the gravitas expected from a soundtrack about gods and their followers. The bass is just amazing too. The bells are a great touch for the second track where the player faces a star based enemy! Fantastic job and thanks so much for sharing!
Whew, what an experience! It's brilliant how you took the summer haze and turned it into a central part of your OST, and it works so well! I was ironing stuff while listening to your OST on loop, and those earlier tracks made me actually sweat from how well the hazy atmosphere was done. The heavy, oppressive atmosphere that casts a gloom over everything, slowly but surely clearing up, until you're greeted by open sky and a warm melody...I think your submission has some of the best build up and flow between tracks that I've heard! Really excellent work. Thanks so much for sharing!
Wow...gorgeous work! You had me hooked from beginning to end, this is such an experience...
Leaving This Life - Starting off with that simple, beautiful acoustic guitar, then gradually adding in more ethereal sounds, until at the end of that whimsical piano section, the balance between the real and ethereal switches...it's magical and brilliant! The following section is also wonderful, kinda reminds me of Debussy and other impressionist artists in a really good way.
Astral Emotion - The guitar feels so good to listen to, even if it seems to be repeating a lot, the way you continue to add and remove supporting elements keeps it engaging to listen to throughout. The second half is also great, you nailed the feeling of setting off into an unknown land.
Blurred - I love how in a stark contrast to the previous two tracks, there's a noticeable lack of melodic elements to start off. Really makes the listener feel a bit lost compared to before. Then the deep drums which keep growing in presence, along with that repeating motif, creates a great sense of tension and foreboding. The guitar coming back with a melody at the end, but with a distorted, lost melody, then leading into the transition is great! I wish I came up with something like that at the end of my 3rd track to convey the sense of returning from another world to reality. Brilliant stuff!
Living My Life - The transition giving away to a delicate melody that seems lost, then slowly regains its strength and finds direction is beautiful. The rest of the track is just ear candy, so nice and lovely. Gorgeous end to an amazing OST.
Really really awesome work on this OST! I had to listen to this track 3 times before I could even start writing this comment because there's so much good stuff going on. Listening to submissions like this really inspires me to try and incorporate some live playing into my next submission. (That whistling was so cool!) Thanks so much for sharing this fantastic OST!
A lovely, meditative OST, it sets the tone you are going for extremely well. The way you then transitioned into the conflict from "Stroll" to "Uh-Oh", then amped up the energy in "RUN" was fantastic! Extremely immersive. I do think "Northern Lights" could be a bit less bombastic. I understand what you're going for, but in the context of the whole track, maybe it could be tuned back a tiny bit? You set such a nice atmosphere with your prior tracks, but it was kind of blasted out of me when that track hit. I think with the wonderful atmosphere you've built up with all of your prior music, "Northern Lights" could be plenty beautiful and impactful with a softer palette of sounds. That's just my personal opinion though. Thanks for taking me on beautiful journey, it was really nice to listen to!
Great job with this OST! It's so atmospheric and immersive, could totally imagine this in the game you describe. I honestly love the whole thing, but if I had to choose a few favorites, I'm a big fan of the title theme and how it comes back at the end, plus "Passageways", it's such a nice track! This OST's vibe kind of reminded me of Ib's soundtrack, it has a similar haunting beauty interspersed with an oppressive darkness at times. Awesome work, and thanks for sharing!
What a lovely OST, it has such a warm beauty, that's always followed by a subtle wistfulness. Incredible work! The variety you manage to introduce in this OST, despite keeping such a cohesive atmosphere, is also astounding. I loved listening to every second of your music, thanks so much for sharing!
Such a warm, heartfelt OST, I loved the way the music is always tinged with a sense of loss no matter the situation. It's quite special, and I think you captured the feeling of two people at the end of the world, trying to make the best of things really well. Great job, and thanks so much for sharing!
