I playtested your game already before the submission (I am the one who suggested to leave the "nose hook" feature ingame) time to check the final form! Well dine, it was really nice! I like the fact you added as mobile version as well. It would be nice to have some more asteroid designs for variety and maybe some minor animation on the dog, to feel more alive. Good job anyways!
Floaty doggo! I know its been said already but the jumping felt a little unresponsive, I think slightly increasing the gravity and adding some more resistance to slow you down horizontally would go a long way to make the player feel better in control. Fun game though!
Nice idea for the game! as stated in the comments in your game, I was easily able to jump over the border and stay there. XD
The game was a really nice concept and idea overall, but if I had a few suggestions that may improve gameplay:
- Increase the difficulty as the game goes by.
- Polish the dog mechanics a bit. I did like the approach you took towards giving the game a space-like environment, but what took away its realistic nature was how the double jump barely has any effect and my dog only makes it to the other platform by hitting into the asteroid.
- Maybe add a bit more variety in the asteroids?
Great game nonetheless!
Played this game aswell before getting start with my game. It's an eye opener for ideas. (:
Really fun and addicting. This defiantly feels like a mobile game that would be fun to play on the phone.
Its a funny idea!
But i think, the dog moves a bit to slow.
(More like a drunk dog xD) my best score: 20, not much but okay ^^
