Wow, what a bizarre game! The attack and defense stances made me laugh :D
I decided fighting in this game is not beneficial, so I was just jumping over enemies, sometimes holding down W do kinda glide on top of the enemies.
This way all the different types of the enemies you made were equal to me, since nothing could hit me really.

Maybe two pieces of advice:
1) here despite the tileset having tiles 16x16, many of them actually fit when the cell size is 14x14, so changing that would maybe make your game look better
2) regarding the bots just hold the attack position, saying "come and get me"; I think it would be nice to add some animations for the enemies (mainly the red ones) - like they would flash some color and then try to charge you, something like that.

Pretty cool platformer game! I liked the variety of enemies and the level selector, that was really useful. The tutorial also helped me to understand the game straight away, although admittedly I wan't very sure about how to use the attack mode. I had a laugh at the attack state animation, where he just lies down and points the spear in the direction he is going - not sure if that was meant to be funny, but I found it so. Good job :)

I couldn't beat the whole game--I got stuck on level 5--and many of the levels I did beat I just jumped over all the enemies. I wasn't sure how to make use of the attack state without just taking damage myself. I did like the look of the game, but I didn't feel like it really made use of the assets in the most creative way (knights were knights, walls were walls, etc)

However, it is a game, and it feels finished, AND it has a level select screen. I really appreciate not having to start over every time I die. Good job!

when I first entered attack state I almost broke .. and then again when I entered defend state . very good animations , well done .

but jokes aside the combat is interesting in theory , but the executions is .... well it could be better , nice enemy variation though

Fun but I couldn't figure out how to kill something without also taking damage
