Great idea and looks really nice. Thanks for the volume controls :-)
I couldn't control the action at all, but it was fun to watch.
This is a really cool idea, with very cute graphics. I struggled a lot with the controls though, and managed to only hit one opponent kind of by mistake... I would also avoid those kind of high pitched sounds for penguins bumping on walls, as it happens pretty much all the time and the sound can get annoying. This is still a pretty solid entry. Kudos for adding a single player mode to a game I imagine you designed for multiplayer.
I feel like this is one of the mini games you would play in Mario Party that would break friendships lol. Great party game vibe and the computer AI implementation feels alive and almost difficult to beat!! I, of course, lost against the computers but it was definitely a great experience.
The controls are a bit tough and not intuitive in my opinion. I would think I could move in any of the four directions without having to bounce on a wall at least once. The slow motion did add some juice but I felt like it was more disruptive than juicy unless it was my throw then it feels good lol. Did you use Engine.time_scale for that? If you did, you sly devs, you.
The 2d on 3d look was great but it was hard to judge where in the 3d space i was when i was in the back of the arena vs when i was in the front. Probably a perspective thing but it adds a little bit of that skill factor involved so it could go either way!
And FYI, Godot FTW.
it's a nice game, but very hard to control.
Man, the bounce mechanic is way to chaotic!
I love the music, loved the hit effect and the idea but have a very hard time understanding what was going on!
But it was fun, nevertheless!!
great job!
Please, try out my game too!
I had some problems with finding my penguin and then controlling it, but I think it's a really nice game! Love the idea and the limitation use!
Hey! The artist there, I had no time to test out the controls but I also had barely any time for this jam...
The idea came from me, I really liked it!
I can't promise anything but I will give your game a try once I have time and if I remember ^^

struggled to find my penguin at first but after that was fun - controls are a little touch bu pretty fun game! good work :)
This is definitively the feel I wanted for the game ^^
Easy to learn, hard to master kinda controls...
Thanks for the nice comment, I will try your game later, if I remember to test it too , time is pretty lackluster rn...

controls are little bit hard but everything is great i love this game
Hard controls make games feel more fun to play because you really feel like you have to be acquianted with it to play it well...
Thanks for the comment! Will try your game once I have more time...

I will see with the coder what the issue could be ? are you using the html build or the downloadable one ?

enjoyed playing! the constant movement is really challenging, cool art at simple controls, overall nice game! keep it up!
i like it. i think the controls are a little hard to use but the sounds and ambientation are great
Cool game and concept and this could probably be a really good party game. I really like the arena and the visual effects that are there (also pingu is very cute). A few suggestions I have:
-Maybe slow down the player when the player is aiming, this may take away from the limitation, but it'll make the gameplay a lot less chaotic because currently sometimes its just hard to control where the character is (This applies mostly to one player).
- Currently if your penguin is at the very front of the screen it can be hard to see it, if possible(I use Unity so its easier for me) 3D models, or shift the playing field/penguins slightly backwards or angle it.
-Powerups or other ways to influence gameplay to add more variety to gameplay.(Might take extra time)
Pretty good submission with a good amount of potential for a little further expansion.
Good luck with your game :D.
