Use of the limitation
In your typical platformer, death just triggers a respawn, or a game over. But what happens in between? We invented The Resurrectionist to represent the entity that revives you, and only if they themselves die is it all over.

Really love the controls and how it punishes you for trying to rush through areas. Puzzles aren't too hard to figure out but are still challenging enough to really test you. Sprite work is great and same for the music ! My only issue, and this may not even be intentional and might just be a client side issue, but the rapid flashing of the ball around the living player was difficult to focus on for me and made it hard to play at points. However looking at your screenshots this effect isn't present, so may just be an issue with the web player.

the ball is toggling each frame, so it should do an on/off cycle 30 times each second, which should be fast enough to not be noticed — it’s the same effect as the shields in the old Sonic or Mega Man games. but! thanks for pointing that out! i should probably stick an option in the pause-menu to toggle it between “semitransparency mode” or “solid ring mode”

I really like the concept, and the puzzle aspect of the game. And it really has a nice touch with the slippery-ness, making the game a little more difficult. The incorporation of the limitation also fit pretty well. You did a pretty good job :D

Amazing game. My only complaint would be to make some of the levels easier.  Besides this, Amazing game.

Also, I would really like It if you would play my game.

Very nice game, it didn't overstay it's welcome and the mechanics work great! I especially liked how the Ressurectionist controls tighter than the ball character, allowing you to more easily resurrect.

Loved it. That was really fun, and I like the use of the limitation. Also, nice job with allowing the player to slow down the ball movement.

nice art and nice mechanic.

Really good game. The monkey ball like movement and the death mechanic are really well implemented, and I feel like there could be some crazy speed runs where you just bounce around everything. Great job.

Cool game. I liked the mechanics and the concept was cool too.

I really like the resurrection mechanic, even though the controls weren't the best, it's pretty hard to move around. Really fun overall :)

I liked the movement controls and mechanics, they added a dynamic feel to the game!

I really liked it, it has a very cool style and the combination of the sprites + music + sounds is really great! Maybe just a little too hard to control, even though I liked the bouncing mechanic.

Can be a little too hard to control with default movespeed but its fun like that sometimes.
Love the limitation, wish I had the patiences to finish the 2nd level without dying.

I love the concept, very good use of the limitation and very good controls felt like I was playing 2d monkey ball !

Still jamming to the music by the way

Really great entry! the movement was pretty unstable, intentionally so and it created this pretty chaotic game play. I ended up having to replay the entire game after a slip up but the game is pretty short so that alright. There was alot of clarity here, it was pretty clear why and when something happened. So again awesome work. Level 2 took much longer on the second time, I just ended up bouncing all over that place, it could sometimes be very hard to control.

Good stuff.
