Amazing visuals, I had no idea what I was doing, fell through the map during a respawn! its very late so I didn't hear the audio. Perhaps next time include a tutorial tho? I loved being a magical tea pot.

Developer

Ah sorry to hear you fell through the map, its a rare bug that we encountered a few times but were unable to figure out how to fix in time. Thankfully it doesn't happen often. I hope you try again and listen to the audio,  our sound guy Will did a   lot with creating musical stems that create a unique audio soundscape (although we admit it's not  implemented as its fully meant to be right now).

That was a positively quirky experience. Can't believe you guys made it within the 3 day time frame!

I think I've bested the Giant Head since it fell through the ground, but the music didn't stop and the arena remained closed so I'm not entirely sure. Does anything happen later?

P.S. Everything looked so stunning, that a rigid camera didn't affect my experience very much.

Developer

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it (I think? lol). And yes it was a lot of work to get done, and actually we barely ran out of time to implement a proper ending.  Right now after you defeat the boss that's it, so you finished it but yeah we need to add a proper ending just ran out of time.

um... what are you suppost to do here? Theres no toturial or anything.. The visuals are nice, and the 3d models too.. but i didnt find any real gameplay there, if there is its not explained and its a problem.

Developer

This is definitely a game about exploration  and to some degree personal interpretation so there isn't an actual tutorial as the character is meant to explore and figure things out, but there is a small write-up on the game page explaining some basics. You are trying to cleanse your soul of darkness and defeat fear itself (the big bad guy in the middle of the map).

I tought it was something like that, I passed trought the level finding the spots with the mandalas and lights, but the middle didnt open after i passed all of them. so maybe i missed something.

Perfect visuals for a game made in two days. Did you do it or is there an asset you downloaded. I think you should definitely share your assets here. I would definitely download it in case I need it. The camera felt a little bit strange, though.

Developer(+1)

Thank you!  Yes I created all the assets here, it was a whole  lot of work  but I had a vision for how things would look after we came up with the concept and things came together pretty quickly once I was able to lock down the visual style and texturing process (characters took up the most time). I'll most likely put it up somewhere  like on my sketchfab down the line. Oh and yes, we also thought the camera felt a bit strange, after you've rated try out the 1.0.1 version where  the camera is set up  to perspective mode.

Stunning visuals and atmosphere. Thank you for sharing a very expressive work.

Also could  not figure out how to defeat the "monster inside my head"

Great game!

I've didn't found the way to defeat the giant head, the game looks great, the models and lightning are really Jaw dropping for having this limited time, the camera is sometimes weird since it is always centering the player, the teapot moves fast and the camera follows it continously so doesn't feel much comfortable,  despite that, the game looks so good and it's fun to explore and discover how does the game works.

It's cool. I want know more about how you implement music there. it seems procedural, isn't it?

Developer(+1)

No it's standard stem based production.

I just seemed that in some moments the same music has different tempo. need to listen to one more time)

Developer(+1)

Good ear! The tempo changes aren't programmatic, they're written into the music. They're also not exactly the same, some of the parts change.

Crashes when i open the exe

Ahhh, sorry! Rookie mistake of not checking  the upload. I've replaced it with a new export, it should be working now!
