We really appreciate you taking the time to play our game. We didn't have a lot of time left to tweak the river crossing but it's definitely in the works. Thanks again!

I enjoyed the movement of the main character very much. I also enjoyed the world you created and it left me wanting to explore it even more. I could have used some level music to keep me immersed though.

Thanks so much for playing our game and also for the heads up about the pause screen. I'm looking into that now.

Rule #8 seems to say this isn't happening.

This score makes me really want to play whatever game it goes with - which is just about the highest praise I can give a OST. You should give Tim Burton or Neil Gaiman a call... WELL DONE.

Very well done! I'm totes jelly of your orchestral work - great sound!

Hats off to you for an interesting and engaging retro soundtrack. I've struggled with that style before and know how hard it is to get "right" well done. Also catching a Vangelis vibe which is no bad thing!

OMG thank you for taking the time and care to go through everything like this! Ken Dover, the guitarist, is an amazing musician, I'm lucky to call him a buddy. The tracks do get a bit repetitive but that's because they are all stems (except Ken's work) and can be arranged on the fly with FMOD or WWISE. I should have spent a wee bit more time on the arrangements though.

Thanks again for your feedback.!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I do play drums but not well enough for this kind of thing - so they are programmed yes. Thanks again for your support, it reall does mean the world!

Can I just be a nerd for a second and point out that MP3 doesn't loop which makes it a horrible format for video games and should not be encouraged? Just some food for thought from those of us who do a lot of stem work lol. - Will.

I've done a ton of jams but this is my first with Gamedev.tv

You can browse my portfolio at 706gaming.org. HMU here or discord Will.706#2579 if you're interested.

Good ear! The tempo changes aren't programmatic, they're written into the music. They're also not exactly the same, some of the parts change.

No it's standard stem based production.

Is Tobey supposed to be able to fly with infinite jump? Also the fire on lvl2 has a very wide hitbox. Otherwise  I liked Tobey the character very much and wanted to see him home safe! Nice Job.

Could use some more music, but I'm a music guy so of course I would say that...

OMG it's so hard and those dogs are so mean! It be nice if the speed boost lasted a little longer or the dogs were just a little slower, but otherwise I really liked it!

If you ever need music for it or any other game hit me up, fellow cat lover here.

Awesome thanks! And if anyone's interested... https://crowdforge.io/jams/VAMPIREJAM/teams/3400

I'm trying to pull a team together (I'm a music/sfx guy) and it would help if I could point people to a crowdforge page.

I actually downed a whole bag of Entemann's Nantuckets on Saturday. ;)

You might be running in to the "Walk" sign that's by road crossings. It's hard to tell sometimes if that's an obstacle.
