Cool game, I was a bit confused from the intro story. The game was pretty much fun and I beat them all! Amazing output for the short time we had.

The cutscene was great, I never expect game jams to implement stuff like that. I was really excited about the game when I saw the card battler pop up, but it came up short when I spammed the insta-kill card to beat everything. The card battling would have been a lot better if there was more card variance and balance.
Alright, Thanks for the feedback. I originally had the instant kill card disappear after you used it but I don't know what happened.
Slay the Spire from wish … it was really easy but you can’t go wrong with StS, all mecanics were nicely implemented, great!
The intro part actually unnecessary and confusing, I guess you changed ideas midway maybe?
It really needs audio and animation but seeing you did it in only one day, good job!

Well, it was alright. Just was missing some audio, and maybe some attack animations. But the Grab Something card is broken. If you max out your hand, and then just use the +2 Mana and the hand, you get both back. Repeat this until you have like 50 mana, then do the same but with the baguette. OTKd all rounds

Yeah, there were several things I wasn't able to add in time. And If I work on the game more, I'll Nerf the Grab Something and the Shopping Cart Cards somehow
Fun game! The name got me lol
I really like the story leading up to the game, it adds interest in a nice way. Another comment was talking about the mana, I feel like a simple way to make it intuitive could be to have the same icon on both the counter and the mana regen cards, at first I was looking around the screen for a battery icon :)

You are very good if you were able to create it in one day. Nice that the combat is justified as an arcade game in a game. The only thing that is not very clear to me from the hud is the mana management.
