I'd suggest an immunity after getting hit and when transtionning between rooms. The character's movement is good and easy to control, and the artsyle is pretty. Good job!
The character movement is very smooth and I like the graphic style. I think there are too many enemies and the lack of control when one gets hit could be a bit unfair. I would also suggest to have the gun with ammo when one finds it for the first time. Overall is a good game.
I've made some changes but couldn't upload it due to voting.
Really love the sprites, the double jump made the character less fun to control because it felt like I lost all sense of precision in platforming/attacking enemies in the air. The gun came with no ammo.
This game is nice. I loved the character design of the player character!
You've achieved quite a lot in the past month! There was a great sense of progression in the powerups which helped to keep me engaged. The enemies and boss fights felt fair and gameplay was overall balanced.
NEVERTHELESS! I think you should disable enemy hits during transitions, a few times I transitioned straight into an enemy. Maybe try adding a map? And finally I think some enemies should take more than 1 hit. Good job!
