Nice game! loved the overall design, as well as the music and sound effects. The enemies felt a bit repetitive and annoying at times, since the best strategy seemed to be spamming attack and holding your ground, and a working map would've been nice, but it's a nice experience.

Visually stunning game and it felt good to play it too! Goblins are super strong and I avoided them as much as possible, very nice entry!
It was fun and polished. The visuals are beatiful, I really liked the background. The music goes completely with it and creates a nice environment. Having a variety of enemies is cool (goblins are OP imo).
The metroidvania theme is there, and I really liked it, at least at the beginning. I got all powerups (I think), but I take there is no end? everywhere I went was just a dead end, and that bummed me out after all the time trying to get to areas that lead to nowhere.
I think this is a really good game jam entry. The game looks and feels really good. I wish there were save points. I'm not sure if maybe I didn't find them. I did enjoy the game though.
Top marks for presentation. Great music, beautiful environments. The main character is well-animated, and the character controller is superb: the slime handles like a dream.
I see that some other players had difficulty with the wall-jump. Although this is usually a feature I don't really like in most games (grrrrr, Ninja Gaiden), here I thought it was implemented cleanly and didn't give me any problems.
My main gripe is that even the weakest enemies are in fact very tough. Those little gremlins take several hits to defeat, and they attack with a vicious combo. The first enemy in the game should not be this aggressive. :D
Really cool concept, amazing atmosphere, intricate level design and great enemies.
My only complaints are on the combat system. The attacks feel very weak and the knockback push is too small. Also the wall climb ability is tedious to use.
Overall, the game is really fun and interesting.
Very impressive! Love the graphics, audio and the general gameplay feels good.
I did find the wall jump quite strange. There seems to be a bug for controllers with an analogue stick where you can move the stick up and down and rapidly climb the wall. Not game breaking by any means but definitely doesn't feel intended.
My only real complaint is that the map didn't seem to work for me. (Not sure if it's not implemented or if I just ran into a bug.) If not for that, I think I would have played all the way to the end. (And I think I was pretty close to the end regardless.)
Great work, I hope to play more from you folks in the future!
Hi Julian! Thanks for playing the game and giving us your feedback.
You're right, that function when using joypad is not intended, should be solved in future release 😉
Regarding to the map, automatically stores the progress when saving the game on savepoints. After that you can see the rooms you have already discovered. But we'll also tale into account to give an advice about this.
Thank you!
This game has an absolutely amazing art style and really hits the metroidvania aspect. But I must admit that the walljump is really difficult to pull off and i could collect the charged attack once, but after dying I wasnt able to collect it and use it again. Still very cool game!
