I didn't get what to do on first play, when I clicked an item I had no idea it did anything except play a bell. Feel like this game could benefit from teaching the player instructions in a tutorial rather than text on an instructions page. Once I figured it out I did enjoy it but the time to find an item and return to the desk to hit the bell was way too short. I liked the 3D art though.

This is a nice little game! The time gets unreasonable short eventually though, but even then I could choose the closest object to the door and it would usually work out, making the difficulty somehow to hard and too easy at the same time. The humor was pretty nice though! I was shocked at first when the local politician exchanged a dirty bomb, but it just became part of the routine. Nice job!
I like the idea, but rigth now it's really hard. Time is too little to be able to find something that looks like what the costumer wants and, if its wrong, go back and get another. Specially as you need to memorize the object the client brought and and it's hard to compare once it's out of sight. Maybe the player could carry a paper with the reference object? Think with more polishment it would be a great game!
I also was unable to get any customers to trade in anything but
someone tried to exchange a dirty bomb which i thought was extremely funny for some reason
