Scrolling mechanic! Absolutely cool!

Likes:

• The art style is fantastic for a jam game
• The creative scrolling effect is honestly a little mind-blowing and really creative.
• The platforming controls are pretty basic but don’t feel bad to use

Dislikes:

• Not enough feedback when getting hit by enemies
• the music gets a little unbearable after a while, probably would have been time better spent of sfx instead in my opinion
• The map sits on the “table” at too steep an angle. It looks a bit disorientating from the camera’s current perspective.

Overall really cool idea. One of the more creative games this jam

My favorite level so far. Awesome concept and I love the graphics. Only downside is that the throw seemed hard to control to me.  keep up the good work :)

Younger Scroll: Arena Ups and Downs

Ups:

• The 'scroll' mechanic is very well thought out and works great!
• Graphics and animations look awesome
• Music is rad
• The idea of having the scroller become automatic over some time intervals is a great way to keep the player from just staying in one spot

Downs:

• My only issue with this game is the control layout. Using F, A, D, and Q makes controlling the game feel a little awkward 

Overall, a really great game!

This is really good! I wish there was more of a story/goal or maybe a multiple levels system. My favorite so far!
