This is really fun!
The controls are nice, good feedback and sounds. The visuals are very well done too and it looks like you have tons of upgrades to offer players already!
Very nicely done! The only confusing thing to me is that it keeps making some whuuuh whir kinda sound, but not getting hit that's different. I cannot figure out what that is.
Also I didn't know for a while that I had to shoot powerups instead of wait for them to get to my ship.
I unlocked missiles but even then I guess that you have to find some missiles before you get to use them? Also I kept trying to barrel roll with Q but it wouldn't do anything.

The sound you are hearing is probably your shields getting damaged. Left side is health right side is shields. Shields regenerate after a certain period of time, based on force field upgrade.
Barrel roll requires an upgrade. Missiles should be usable with the E key once you unlock them, there are no missile objects to pick up. Perhaps you clicked it to buy but didn't click again to confirm purchase?
You shouldn’t need to shoot power ups, making contact with your ship should grant you the powerup.

I'll make sure but I'm almost positive I clicked again to purchase missile upgrade purchase. I have shot power ups so far, my ship was going straight through them. I'll see if I can do a screencap and show these to you just in case they really are bugs.
Wow, everything in this game is done so well! The graphics, smooth controls, gui design & animations, upgrades, soft music, the stars! I agree with Pawel that it's hard to tell whether an asteroid is gonna hit you or not, but I've never done a 3d game so I have no idea if it's even possible with such camera position. Maybe some intelligent spaceship protection system should fire an alarm when there is an asteroid ahead?
Beautiful game and great gameplay! The only issue I have with this, is that I don't recognise when asteroids are in the same plane as the ship (getting close to ship to collide with them) to avoid them - so it makes me constantly hit them :(

Yes it definitely takes a bit of practice to get used to, but once you do it becomes much easier. Also the upgrades help a lot :D

The ship’s movement is damn smooth, the 3D graphics are simple but nice, movement of the sight in space is a pleasure, great job!
I used to love Freelancer. That game brings back so many childhood memories.

I was happy with the visual result too, for being so simple. The builtin lighting worked out nicely.
That's a strong candidate! I didn't expect a 3D game here! But looks nice and plays great. Didn't catch what happens with Q and W, but it's still nice

The Q/E are abilities that require upgrades, as they are somewhat strong you don't get them straight out of the gate :)
