Did you work in a team?
No, I did not work in a team.
Was the resolution a challenge?
Fonts are nasty things at such a low resolution, so I had to choose my words carefully. Also, I had to make the player sprite quite small so that it didn't take up too much space.
What did you learn?
I learnt how to make nice physics.

I had a lot of fun with this game, but I couldn't beat it. Some of the jumps feel tedious rather than challenging. One thing I think might make the controls feel better to me (in my opinion) would be to not require the player to hold into the wall. I had a hard time getting my hand to cooperate with back-to-back-jumps that needed me to press opposite directions in quick succession.
But with all that said, I did have a good time until I got stuck. I put a solid 15 minutes into this game. I really like the timer, by the way. I wanted to put one into my game, but ran out of time and was afraid to change to much toward the end. But a great game, overall -- with a little more polish, this will be a solid game even outside of a jam context. Well done!
There are a lot of platforming submissions, and this is one of the better ones I think. The jumping, climbing, and moving are satisfying, and navigating is a good challenge.
I like the art and music as well. Also, I think you did a good job with the font; it's quite readable. I ended making one for my game and it was a lot of work, especially since I had so much dialogue.
ok this game rocks
controls are tricky to master which adds to the fun!
reallllly loved it. Nice work
I really love how responsive and polished the controls are! Also appreciate the difficulty a lot, as it’s really satisfying to pull off the hard jumps. The visuals are simple and effective, love the idea of the little green dot as a visual indicator of the double jump. Only one thing I’d like to say is that the camera movement can be smoothed a bit more, as it’s constantly moving and might be nauseating for some people.
nice little tough platformer, good job :)
I love the mechanics. That super long jump is nice.
Congrats.
