Very interesting game! I'll admit it kinda hard to read the text but it was fun to play :) Very visually interesting too

Did you work in a team?
2, Jason (Art & Lead Design, Concept), Luke (Logic programming & Design)
We loved the experience. A fun challenge which really pushed both of our skills.
Was the resolution a challenge?
3D at this rez is hard, you have to build with that in mind. I love the restriction though.
What did you learn?
loaddss! Great Jam ^_^. This was our first 3d game together.

The cyberpunk aesthetic of this is top notch, I loved the sound effects :D
This was pretty cool. My favorite building was the burger building and the Casino. All in all this was a fun proof of concept. I'd love to see what this would be like in the non-64x64 environment. I think there is something really great here. Good job!
It's been a bit hard to get it (but I'm not home - and my laptop is not a top notch one) but I really loved the atmosphere of the city - and CCTV levers up. 3D graphics - rendered in such a low resolutions - is suggestive but as others already said I'm really curious to play again your nice game with more pixel available :-) anyway - congratulations :-)
Great job on the presentation. Really like the CCTV it'd be cool to see that used as a gameplay element of some kind.
It is an entertaining game to be calm (chill), I like the effect of the buildings breaking, the 3d models are SO good considering the limitations, the game has been laggy in some moments, especially the audio. but I think it's my fault so don't take it too much into account. all in all, nice game, didn't expect to see a city builder in this resolution :0
This is very interesting, I think this game would strive at a higher resolution so I'd be curious on what it looks like even at 256x256. Also I felt like I ran out of buildings but I wasn't sure and I could tell there were so many cool buildings but I couldn't slow down and appreciate them (as far as I know, I may be confused haha). But the atmosphere is sooo nice and the brick sound is very satisfying. I also wasn't sure what some things did like the trees and the building that has like a funnel on top. All in all very cool and interesting experience would love to see more!
Thanks very much, yeah a few people have said that :D, so we'll be trying that post-jam. you can choose to destroy a building by double clicking on it again if you don't like it. Thanks, I'm glad you appreciated those elements. I was really pleased with how that turned out. The funnel is a sort of landing light. The trees were decoration. Thanks for your feedback, we'll definitely be pushing it forward :)
i be honest i don't know what i am doing but somehow i have put myself in this state where my culture or power is forever full and the waste never reach max. all i do is just putting 2 culture building and 2 energy building and the game is practically running by itself. it definitely quite an ambitious game but it need some rebalancing.
The visual and audio effects in this game are pretty impressive, some times it is hard to distinguish things because of the low resolution.
Does the game end at some point ? I collected over 1000k gold but the gov kept giving me money, unless I missed something.
Very interesting cyperpunk atmosphere. I loved the CCTV camera perspective (that random person standing between two buildings :D)
Would be interesting to see what this game could be expanded to
CCTV was great. You can add new mechanics like in google maps where you can drop camera to a street level.
I really was missing option to select what building will be build, having 5 casino in city and cinema.
I love the feeling of the busy city. The shadows, cars, and flashing lights, and changing colors all made it very visually interesting. The CCTV cameras were a nice touch. The environments are a bit hard to read, but overall, great job!
Cool game! I love playing games that risks the challenge of using 3D in Low Rez Jam.
Really cool idea, no game breaking bug and good art!
I did have some struggles with the UI at the beginning.
At some point, I didn't know what to do next as everything was stabilized, so I just watched the cctv (really cool feature btw, expanding it with some interaction inside the different views would add more deepness to the game IMO).
Is there a " Win ending" to the game or is the endgame just for starring at our creations ?
Anyway, sadly I didn't have an audio output on the device I played, so I didn't rate it for now, as I really feel I missed a part of the game. I will come back later for this.
The concept is great, and the use of 3d is always appreciated.
Congrats !
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I fancied taking a risk with the art for this one, glad you appreciated that. Expanding the CCTV is definitely on our list. I think right now it's exactly that, you get to chill out in your cyber punk city you've created. Ooo audio is a big deal on this game, definitely check it out with headphones if you can. Thanks again! :)
