Great Gameplay. :)

Really cool game! It took me a while to understand what I was supposed to do, but once I got it I absolutely enjoyed it. In my opinion, it's one of the most creative concepts I've seen in this jam so far. Good job!

I love this concept. The idea of rotating routes causing your building to go offline, but being necessary to unblock other parts of the map is so interesting. Very interesting game, and I believe it has a lot of potential if you were to make a full version after the gamejam.

This was amazing! I think the first run is a bit confusing, and like the others pointed out the restart is a bit glitched, but I got a pretty great run second time round when I had an idea of what's going on! The tutorial being built into the gameplay was also awesome. I think the ending part was a bit drawn out, maybe the health on the cactus could have been reduced slightly, but other than that, this was one of the coolest games I've seen in the jam so far! Amazing stuff!

As of the moment i'm writing this comment i've played 108 games made for this jam, and i got say, this is my favorite concept so far, loved playing it. Wish it had a Web build so that more people would come to play this game.

It's a really neat idea, but I've ran into some bugs, at least I think I did?

Take a look at the picture. I already paid to have the rock removed at number 1, and it was still stuck there.

At number 2, I don't understand why the lower road is active.

At number 3, I don't understand why the building isn't.

Sometimes, guys would just hold wood and not take it home, they wouldn't go work in other places either. I understand this is due to the logging camp being closed, but it might work better if they dropped the wood and went to gather rocks?

It think these bugs appeared after I figured out it's possible to restart the game with CTRL+R.

Aaaanyway, I really liked the idea, so I wanted to finish the game and closed and started again several times. Finally managed and it was pretty darn satisfying. Really enjoyed it. With more levels and challenges, this has quite the potential! :)

Thanks, that's very nice and informative feedback. You got it right, the bugs are probably due to restart, I didn't test it in last build, sorry about that. As for workers not delivering resources you got that right as well, it's because the building is deactivated. That's not a bug, but like you said it would be nice if they would just drop resources and go gather what they can, I'll try to improve on that after the jam. Thanks!

Well, I've hit you with a follow, 'cause I'd like to see the new and improved version so make sure you build it ;)

So clever!! I loved this. Reminded me of Carcassone! I would love to see this continued with more levels, random generation, etc. Great work.

Awesome idea. This is one of the most original uses of the jam theme I’ve seen yet. The map design forces the play to make compromises (wood or rock, towers or soldiers) and even after unlocking everything I still had to make these decisions. I could easily see this becoming a fully fleshed out game. Very good work.

Nice, really cool implementation of the theme

Great concept and use of the jam theme :)

The small screen size (and my tired eyes) made it a little difficult to understand the mechanics for a few moments but, after that, I could see how it worked!

Really fun strategizing which roads to unblock and which resources I should focus.

Good job!

I liked the game, keep going!

VICTORY!!

There's some reeeaally interesting mechanics going on here, I love it! I can see how thought out the paths and the unlocking and such is, not sure if I didn't figure out the 'correct' way to do it or if there you just have to disconnect certain buildings sometimes to reach better/more buildings.

Love the cactus as the enemy too lol 🌵

Interesting game and concept. I liked the mix of RTS and puzzle. The window was too small and I couldn't resize it so it was very difficult to see. Goo job though!
