You keep saying this is so bad in chat...not that bad.  I like the design and the sound.  I agree needs a score and powerups.  Great start though, could easily update and keep playing!

Cool looking arcade concept game. if only there was an high score/score to track how nanny I got.
I also think some power ups would work as well for this game.

I think it would be cool to have some sort of high score or survival time. Pretty fun and fast paced, I really like the health UI design. Pretty unique.

ty for the input, this game was rushed so I tried to just get something working first before balancing and polishing. if I were to polish this game after the jam and continue working on it I would defiantly make it a bit more balanced

Thanks, I tried to fit as much polish as I could within the short time period. I'm sad to say I wasn't able to get in as much polish as I would like to have since I joined late

The game is reasonably fun, but my goodness, the resolution is so low! On modern devices and screens, you need to either play in a tiny window, or have it be really fuzzy.

What OS are you using? all you need to do expand the window. anti aliasing is disabled so its pixel clear instead of blurry and fuzzy

Windows 10. Correct, it's pixel clear, but there aren't enough pixels, lol. Is it rendering at like a set resolution of 100x100 or something? Because it's not fuzzy in the blurred together sense, but fuzzy as in not nearly enough definition to accurately represent the game's visual concepts in a pleasing way.

odd, it should be 300x200. the game is meant to be pixelated but not 100x100
