Music and art are just great and the story is also perfect

I liked the music and the gameplay and artwork were solid. Some other people have already mentioned this, but I had a glitch where the first box of dialogue was missing which made the story seem a bit disjointed. The end screen of the game ended up cutting of what Autumn was saying which was jarring, but admittedly pretty humorous.

The gameplay in this game was amazing, other than the weird timing of the berry bushes I really enjoyed this game. The only thing that I'd say was a bit weird was that Autumn's heal ability didn't always work and would sometimes just heal a little bit, and othertimes heal me up to full health. Aside from those two issues I had a blast playing this game!

It was a great game ! And I loved the story ! Tho I'm not sure I understood how it fit the theme. Controls a bit hard but not so bad as my own game I think XD

I had some bugs :

- the first dialog box of each dialog was missing. So when I spoke to Automn I missed the first dialog box each time. it's sad because otherwise the story was so engaging.

- There's a tree that's in front of the ground, instead of in the background, maybe it's wanted but it felt weird.

- The bouncy bush are janky. The timing is strange, I have no idea when you have to press the button, it felt random. Maybe because the down-sword collision seem longer than the actual sprite ?

- If you skip the heal dialog too quickly, it changes the lvl before you get healed.

That's all I think, still, I enjoyed it a lot ! Feel free to try mine to see who has the worst controls. XD

Nice game, the graphics were really well made and the game had really a lot of content for a game jam. Maybe you cold consider shortening the player collider around the feet a bit, when jumping up diagonally I often died without actually touching the bushes

Hey there!

Cool game! I really like the auditory feedback. I love when every action has a sound for action games. The art is great too. I didn't encounter any technical issue when playing, so that's a robust game you've got.

I did find some difficulty with the keyboard touches when trying to use spacebar and the movement controls. If you ever plan to continue this game, maybe you could consider using different keys.

Overall, great platformer! Good luck for the jam!

Your game has an awesome story I love that you put so much conversation in it. I had some problems mastering the controlls but that was no problem because you dont have to play the entire game from the start when you lose otherwhise i would have some problems finishing the game. i would love if you work on it after the gamejam and make it even bigger because it has so much potential. For a game jam game the lenght was very good the game has a good amount of content. Music and other audio that is used is perfect and makes up for a great atmosphere. The graphics are beautiful. I dont have much critic for your entry at first i thought the theme wasnt implemented very well but as i think bout it the whole game is about finding that one speial room so it is  fitting and a more creative use of the theme than a lot of other entries.

Best of luck for the final results i did the best i can to help this cool game getting a nice placement as i gave it a very good rating.

I really liked the music, it added much more immersion to the gameplay experience. I also found the overall mechanics of the game really fun to play with. Great job!

I like the art style, and I think there's the bones of a solid platformer here. The levels could have increased in complexity a little faster, I think, and I found the controls, especially for airdashing, a little awkward on keyboard, but overall I liked this one.
