Love the ghostly noises!

Gotta go fast! Nice atmosphere and tone set with the art style, shadows and music.

A pretty simple game but sometimes that's all you need for a nice jam project! Good stuff!

Developer

We are happy you liked it! :D It was our first time playing around with simple shaders and particles so we are happy we conveyed the right mood :)

Ohh I really liked that spooky vibe with the whispery voices! I love stealth games so I quite enjoyed this. I would have loved it even more if each type of object had a different effect :-). Very cool game!

Developer

Thank you for playing! :D We are really happy you liked the voices, we had so much fun doing them! You are right, each object having its own effect would add a cool twist! Thank you for the suggestion :)

Loved the music and tone.  Initially it was slow going till I realized I could zip on by if I was mostly morphed.  Also great that being a torch also added a light.  I managed to beat it but I think I would have liked an unfogging minimap or trial of breadcrumbs to help keep track.  Fun entry, keep it up!

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback! :D The unfogging minimap is a great idea, we were thinking about something like the "breadcrumps", but didn't have the time to properly implement it n.n" Thanks for playing :)

Nice take on the theme - morphing for stealth! I liked it.

It was a bit weird, though, that morphing to a different object didn't reset the value - like 70% torch becomes 80% click. Although that made the game easier - clicking all the way through every time would probably be a bit tedious.

Congrats on the submission!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! We'll think about how one could change from one object to the other more smoothly. We could set a range in which you cannot metamorph to another object, but we need to think more about it. :D Thanks for playing!

Managed to beat it after quite a few attempts and heart attacks being caught! Also changing from barrel to torch right in front of the guard made me laugh. So overall it was fun experience :D.

Aand the very funny language adds to the experience ;)

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! We are happy to hear you had fun! (despite the heart attacks xD)

This has such a nice, stealthy, magical mood to it. One could not but also love the comically affected use of English, most splendid!

Developer(+1)

We thanketh thou f'r playing and f'r the feedback! ;)

I can't remember if I played the game yesterday or today, and I forgot to comment. I loved the idea of the player transforming into objects to progress. I also really liked the game's sounds; it's a really nice touch. Congratulations on the work, and keep it up in the next ones!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and all the feedback! n.n We are so happy to hear you liked the idea and the sounds! We'll keep trying our best! :D

Cool idea! But I think as is it's way too easy, I was able to stay as a box the whole time. I think the concept is cool though!

Developer

Yeah, we struggled to force the character to transform to solve the puzzle while at the same time keeping the difficulty of the game. We were thinking of making an enemy that sees you if you are moving while metamorphed. Thank you so much for playing and the feedback! :D

Quite good! And kudos for actually including a tutorial that made sense! I got a little lost, but managed to find my way out in the end. How hard is the hard difficulty?!?

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the feedback about the tutorial! We are really happy to hear that it was clear n.n

Each  level  is 8 times bigger than the previous one, so not much more difficult only longer ;) For future we would like to include other features to make the hard level more challenging. Thank you so much for playing!!

Submitted(+1)

I love both the art and the ambience! The game is also very intuitive. I managed to beat it without checking the tutorial XD

Maybe it's a little bit too easy for me. I'd love to see an update with more levels, enemies, etc. Keep up the great work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for playing!! We are really glad to hear that is intuitive to play it :D We need to work on the difficulty as some people found it too easy and others too hard xD

Submitted(+1)

I saw another comment talking about a difficulty setting, and I immediately went back to the game to try the hardest difficulty. Guess what, I couldn't beat it XD

I don't know what it changed but I believe it changed the maze? If not, then I just got lucky in the first attempt XD

Fun fact: Even without reading a thing I managed to understand that if your "metamorphosis bar" goes too low enemies can catch you (after some failed attempts of course)

Developer(+1)

We are so happy to hear that you played again! Thanks so much for that!

The mazes are procedural generated so there is a component of luck to it. The hard level is only a bigger maze :D Thank you for all the feedback and we are happy that everything is clear from the gameplay n.n

I am the most inconspicuous floating barrel ever!

Fun game, I beat it twice. The level had a good flow to it and the music added to the ambience a lot. The tutorial was also great.

Nice work!

Developer

xD

We're really happy you liked it! Thank you for playing it twice and noticing the music! :D

Cute game! I really liked it! Couldn’t beat it, though!

Developer

Thank you for playing!! We are really glad you liked it :)

Oh, no! :O Did you try changing the difficulty in the settings? The maze is a square and the exit is in the opposite corner of where you appear. We should have implemented a hint system n.n" Will try to add it in future! Thanks again!
