Armed only with a haunted boombox and your groovy moves, you must beat the enemies with explosive dances in this timed turn-based game.

That's an amazing game, animations are really neat and the music on point, really fun take on the theme, some improvement could be made (add a list of the dance move the player has done for the turn, target a new enemy if the one targeted is dead) but that's QoL improvement, you have a solid foundation for something, well done

Those are some real sweet dancing animations. The combat reminds me of Legend of Legaia's. I found the most basic attack to just be the most effective tbh, though that's probably because it's so quick and easy to spam.
Thank you for the compliments! I poured my heart into those dances haha. I'd never heard of Legend of Legaia but I just checked it out and you're right, it does look similar! And regarding the spam yeah, we were supposed to have a limit of 3 moves (hence the 3 bars) but ran out of time to implement the limiter.

First off, the artwork is wonderful. That thumbnail alone pulled me right in to play the game.
Great concept for the game, would love to have seen the rest of the metamorphosis unfold, but unfortunately my game stopped right after turning into a zombie (music still played, but seemingly no key press that I could discover would continue the game).

Someone had fun doing dance animations
I was stuck first time playing, not sure why, but later it worked.
I think it's a very nice game, assets look cool and they're put well together. Maybe the whole battle thing wasn't so satisfying (I know game is literally about it) but something about it was missing and it took me long to get used to it to understand it, I was very confused about the controls too.
I just noticed y'all submitted it 20 seconds before the deadline, lol. Other than that it's a cute game for a game jam and good job to everyone on the team
Game crashes during load:

If you've renamed the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executable's name (without the extension)'
Hi, what browser are you using and on what OS? it works for us but we haven't tried on Linux.
We don't have an executable for the game since it's an HTML export.
