Great job on your first Godot Wild Jam!! The art and music is AWESOME, and it's a really cool idea combining a platformer and card mechanic. TBH it was a bit frustrating trying to be strategic with the jumping, and I got stuck in some dead zones a few times. I just love jumping too much I guess haha. Your team's accessibility was sooo on point, although the fullscreen button didn't work for me. Love the little green blob cheerleader at the end 👾👾

Hahahah! Yeaaah! I usually love to spam buttons too when playing games!!! So it's kind of why I liked the idea of "use abilities sparingly"!! Sorry to hear it was frustrating though D: !!  THAAANK YOU for the compliments!!! They mean SOOO MUCH!! <3!! Hope you enjoyed the overall experience!! There's also another secret in the last level, but I honestly don't expect anyone to go get it! xD! But yeah!!! thanks for your inputs and have a great day!!

Excellent use of cards to determine mechanics.  That was fun and interesting. I couldn't get very far though. *sad face* I'll try again later!

Developer

It's a bit hard, but I'm sure you can do it if you keep trying! It's all a question of finding when you need to use the cards. Also, it helps to pick up as many cards as possible through the levels, as your "deck" carries over to the next level.

Hey I like how you had to pick and choose your actions so had that sort of puzzle element

I think in some cases I found it hard to distunguish between the fore and back groudns so a bit more differentation would be nice
The art for the main character was super cool though, I really liked the running effect :)

Developer

Thanks for the nice words!
