The graphics and the sound design seem cool, but I did not finish the game at all, it kept glitching all the time :(. That's a pity because it's seems like you did put effort in it.

I'm having similar issues to both Ereborn and jlothamer as I try to play it again. The biggest issue is that the one sound glitch I had during the stream, the really loud white noise, seemed to be happening over and over again. I'm guessing this may be a linux issue since only jlothamer reported it as well. Then for some reason when the second level loaded (because I tried restarting a new game) it just cut to black and the light effect never worked again, I'm not even sure if I successfully got to the second level.

All in all there's a lot of really impressive stuff, and the ambition of your team definitely shows. The intro... idk how you did it but it looks absolutely amazing. I will say, frankly, that the game art is more than slightly off style for the aesthetic of the title screen... although it is not in any way bad. It's just radically different. The voice acting is pretty good, it's clear you guys had fun with that. And overall, from what I was able to play, the game concept is actually super original! It's a very weird type of stealth/horror-esque game that I've never seen before! It seems like once you get to levels with more enemies, more keys, more stuff to do and you're really crunching that time limit, the game would become very tense and engaging! I honestly hope you guys maybe can polish this up in the future!!

Thanks for playing!  I just added a build which should fix the level transition bug.

I had similar issues to Ereborn, but also had the sound cut out on me as well.  A linux issue?

Anyway, the game looks like it could be really good!  Hopefully some fixed builds will be made available and we can play it through!

I've uploaded a new build with a couple of bug fixes.  I can't reproduce the sound issue with this new build so let me know if you're still having trouble :)

Starts game: What a great menu! <3

Game looks very nice, great sound and voice acting! The bell gets a tat annoying after a while...

The companion can act a bit weird: stopped walking long before he said he would wait. Then, when I found the first key, he hurried through all the gates to meet up.

Unfortunately, then I got stuck because even though I found the first key the gate does not seem to open? :( I want to see the rest of this game!

Edit: When I tried out dying (just to see what happens, I swear!) and "restore checkpoint", the game froze.

Our bad. If you're interested in trying it again:

wasd or arrows: movement
q : use item in hand (either unlock door or ring bell)
e : open and close doors
tab: switch between keys and bell
shift: run

If you get caught by a monster, you can mash q to escape.

Also, while 'restore checkpoint' doesn't work, it should still save your game. So, if you re-open the game, selecting 'load' will take you to the second level if you made it that far.
