I LOVE games like this! You plant something and you know you’ll have exponential growth which is reassuring and I was able to go until I had an entire patch of tomatoes! This is my kind of relaxing while still getting a ton of payoff and satisfaction! Great Job! I really enjoyed this!

I was left wondering if growth would slow down if the soil was drier?

it would bring the need to remember to water the ground more frequently.

really good simple game.

Developer

Growth stops when the soil dries up completely, also freezing in the current growth stage, and then the plants begin to yellow and eventually die. Watering it then slowly turns it back to green and it begins growing again when it's fully green.

It's a mechanic that you really only see if you have a full field just planted on partially dry soil and then go afk for a bit. But watering your soil gives you something to do while you wait for plants to grow so you never really see it. I didn't want to punish players for not keeping the soil at max hydration since it's supposed to be more if a cathartic game where you watch YouTube videos or Netflix while lazily clicking.

Relaxing clicker style game! Kind of addictive!

Strangely addictive, went all the way until I had tomatoes covering the entire screen. xD

nice game , but it so linear so just buy the vegetable with the highest price ,i think this game need more options  , but still very nice game

I agree it's a bit linear. I'll work on that in the future! Thanks for the feedback!

Well, I spent more time playing this than I thought I would.  I ended up scoring 270,838 :P.  There's a lot you can do to improve this game further,  like make it so you only start with 4 planter slots and can buy more land after, add fertilizer, and be able to crop dust,  hire a farmhand to help pick fruit automatically. I enjoyed this game a lot, good job.

Developer

Ha, glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the suggestions!

Fun game but could be more challanging, my game also had similar theme, great minds think alike!

The beginning was so much fun! I got to plant and dig up plants rapidly while also making sure to keep them watered. I think the endgame would benefit quite a bit if the plants grew faster.

Developer

Thanks! Hopefully in the future I can get the game flow to be a bit more consistent.

It'd be nice to have something to do while you wait for the plants to grow.
