I really liked the gameplay this game had, the art was simple and nice too, :D Good stuff all in all :)))

Cool Game, but I don't think the dice/roll mechanic is well designed around the theme since it just represents a max amount of movement I can do so if I roll a 6 I can just move from 1 tile and do all the game like that. Adding special effects depending on which number the player rolls (like rolling two 6 give you invisibility for the turn or things like that)
I love the idea of the enemies moving at the same number of tiles you decide to move! and the art is simple but does a great job, I imagine myself playing an old-school game featuring Indiana Jones.

Great job from only 2 days of work.

I like the aesthetic and feel of the game, and the game itself is a novel idea! But it felts like you can just walk back and forth to let the guards pass? And the 3+4 = 8 but 1+1=4 didn't make sense until I saw the I in the top left which explained it so maybe that could have been signposted a bit more? I'd love to see it developed further!

I like the simple visual and the stealth mechanic, but It miss a little something to make the gameplay interesting. Right now I just wait in a safe spot for the enemy to pass and I cross my finger to have a good dice roll when the way is clear.

idea : make the dice roll loud so the guard can hear you if you reroll too close from them ?

I kind of like this turn based stealth idea. The problem is that right now the dice don't really affect the gameplay. The roll result only determines when you need to press space again. Maybe if there were real turns and enemies did a fixed number of moves, while the number of yours are defined by dice, you could do something interesting with it. No idea if it would be good, but at least it would do something!

Cool game! I enjoyed the avoiding detection mechanic, and the rooms were designed well around it!

Thank you for playing, nice that you think the rooms are designed well, 30 min before the deadline was working on the second level, and there was a plan for more but no time.

Mmmmmmhhh Monké

I liked your game :). The minimalistic look fits the type of gameplay perfectly

I did notice that the amounts of the dice didn't always add up correctly (i found that a bit unsatisfying)

The way you move is also pretty creative, i haven't seen that before, so Good Job!

Thank you, for playing and leaving comments.

Dice don't add up to get the number of moves, their added value is converted into a predefined number of moves. (1-4 -> 4 moves, 4-8 -> 6 moves, 8-12 -> 8 moves).  This is basically to have more control over how many moves you get,  for instance, if you roll snake eyes you get at least 4 moves.
