FYI: Your twitter handle doesn't exist. If that's by accident, please let me know: I maintain a list of twitter users that contributed to a Godot game in this year's jam and would love to add you!
Sorry bout that! I've changed mine not too long ago.
You can found me now at @Dinodyr
I would really appreciate to be on your list!
Done! :) You may want to update the handle in your itch profile as well though.
lovely. creative. rpgistic
Thank you!!! :D
good
Thank you!
Lovely board game, could be retouched here and here but it's a good little project.
Thanks for the compliment!
Nice Mario Party remix. Could play again, but it's really repetitive.
dokapon kingdom remix, I must say, my dear friend.
I made this game really inspired on Mario Party 3's Duel Mode, checking dokapon kingdom right now and i'd loved it!
The way you improve this mecanic is very cool, congrats.
This game is very interesting to play. But the most interesting part (correct me if i'm wrong) the only choice player has is the direction to go on an intersection. It feels really satisfying to pick a superior path given the current roll. I think if you plan to expand this game you should give the players more choices to make. Maybe give an option to pick one out of 2 random upgrades, or some way way to make a few next turns more predictable. This way player would actually feel like they did something that led to their success or failure.
Yeah, RNG really carries the flow of the game. Maybe a redesign in the future will fix that and make a really fun game. Thanks for checking out!
This was fun!
I played against the Computer and won after 47 rounds : D
I like the mechanics, just a few things I'd tweak are, that the shield / attack powerups hardly ever were rewarded for me and the computer. Maybe we were just unlucky.
And I guess have the "Interact" button be space or something, because I sometimes accidentally press Interact when I meant to go up.
Overall a fun game, that I could see being improved upon!
Thanks for playing!
The interact button was set like this because of feedback from friends, where they said when spacebar was pressed, the page scrolls far down, so my quick fix was to set to another key. xD
Hope to improve this one in the future!
mm sweet! I got a PvP board game too for this contest!
I'm glad I could vote for you!
Thanks for noticing me, I will make some time to play yours too for sure!
