OMG, what a challenge! The difficulty was increasing very fast, the most I got was 36 hahaha, but I think I’m just very bad.

I was curious if at some point the crosshair would finally hit me and I would win or if it was more of an endless score game. In the end I couldn’t find out haha, but that’s okay, it was fun anyway.

I loved your art style, you have talent. I hope you keep studying and practicing to enhance your game developer skills more and more.

Oh no, the hero completely ignored me, he walked past me without even paying attention to me, maybe my drop rate is low, hahaha.

Jokes aside, I found it interesting to explore the maze, but I was a little lost about what my goal was, where I should go and those things. I tried to climb the stairs, but I couldn’t haha.

I missed some sound effects or music, and a cover for the game here on itch.io, that helps to attract more players.

Anyway, I see that you did a decent job with the little time you had. I hope you keep developing games, I see that you have potential, if you keep studying and practicing you will improve even more!

What a cute artwork, I got the cows to win as the machines advanced beyond the walls and boundaries of the screen hahaha. It reminded me a lot of Pac-Man, but in a more simplified version. It would be nice if there was some music or sound effects, but I liked it anyway. Anyway, I hope you keep studying and improving your game development skills, I see that you have the potential to grow and improve.

Oh no, one of my yellow minions went off the rails on the 5th turn! I think he gave up on invading the place we were invading hahaha.

Jokes aside, I think you did an interesting job with the simplified art for this game, I liked the reliefs you used in the stage too, it gave an interesting atmosphere, but I would have liked to see at least a print of the game’s initial screen on the cover here on itch.io.

Anyway, I found it interesting and I hope you keep studying and developing your games, with more time and dedication I bet you will be able to achieve great things.

Oh, what a cute art style, the obstacles don’t fit so well, but I loved the characters, I would even say that they have a “monument valley” vibe in a game that reminded me a bit of “Ultimate Chicken Horse” in the sense of making the game level harder. But I found it fun, I would love to see a polished version of this game with maybe sound effects and music, although that doesn’t make it less fun. I hope you keep developing games, I see that you did a decent job with the little time you had, so you should be able to do amazing things with more time, keep up the good work!

Wow, I loved the art style that you used for the egg and the chicken. I also enjoyed the background sounds, but I would appreciate more if there was some music. In the settings menu there is no option either haha, it’s not a problem, but just letting you know.

Anyway, I found it very fun, maybe in a full version of the game it would be nice to add challenges like obstacles in the pan or variations in the movement for each type of food, what do you think?

I hope you keep developing games, I see that you are creative and have potential.

Wow, this game was incredibly challenging! I struggled to reload the quest papers by holding "F," and the MIBs quickly discovered me, leading to some hilarious moments. It turns out that acting like an NPC is not as easy as it seems!

The art style is absolutely adorable, although there were moments where I found myself a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information on the screen. Nevertheless, the gameplay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Considering the limited development time, I must say that this game is impressively polished. The only suggestion I have is to fine-tune some elements of the interface to make certain aspects clearer. Additionally, in a full version, it might be beneficial to introduce fewer tasks or challenges at the beginning stages of the game.

Overall, congratulations on a job well done! Your dedication to studying and developing games is evident, and your potential shines through. Keep up the great work, and I have no doubt that you will achieve great things in the future!

Wow, that was challenging! But it was really good. I managed to complete it after some strategy and patience. By the way, I wanted to mention that after a while, the music (which I also liked a lot) stopped playing. I guess it took me too long to finish, hahaha.

I absolutely loved your art style, it's really cute. In fact, I would love to see more different treasures. I was surprised by the number of puppies he stole. Luckily, in the end, he regretted it and acted like Santa Claus, returning everything.

I'm impressed by how you managed to create such a polished game in such a short amount of time. You definitely have potential, and if you keep studying and developing, you will only get better. So keep going, don't give up!

Wow, if it was made in just a few hours, it's even more impressive then. You did a great job. Keep setting aside time to study and create your games, maybe revisit old ones and make improvements or continue with the ones you've already created. Either way, keep developing, you have potential.

Wow, that's even more impressive, once again I emphasize that you did a great job with the art style and atmosphere. The gameplay is fun as well. Don't give up, keep studying and improving every day.

Ah, I see, but even so, you made a choice of which ones to use, don't invalidate your graphic work. Regarding the arrow range, I noticed that the archer stayed alive in the end and managed to hit the towers anyway, hahaha, but okay, it was fun. Don't get discouraged because of a few small mistakes, manage your time to study more and keep improving whenever possible.

I found the idea incredible, although it wasn't executed in the best way possible. However, I still found the concept interesting and would love to see a polished and functional version of this idea in the future. As for the art style, it's quite simple, but that's alright. The sound effects are okay, but I would appreciate some music to accompany them.

I hope you continue developing games. Your ideas seem promising, and if you persist in this path, you will surely reap good results.

You did a good job with the art for this game. The idea is quite interesting, but I think I would need to see a more polished game to appreciate it better.

A game that 'reversed the roles' of tower defense very well is Loop Hero, I don't know if you know it, but it's very interesting. Perhaps if you plan to pursue this game idea of yours, it's worth a look for more references and inspiration.

Anyway, I hope you keep developing games. Your art style is really cool and I can see you have potential.

I'm not familiar with Idle games, so I was quite confused with what was presented to me right from the start.

I just clicked on all the buttons randomly, and the poor, cute little monster started dying countless times as I leveled up. How sad.

I hope you continue practicing game development and improving gradually every day.

OMG, that was so fun and creative. I would love to see a complete and polished version of this game in the future. I can imagine the countless possibilities a full version could have, maybe different runners or new elements in the environment, perhaps special parts of the scenery that I could collect and use after in strategic moments.

But overall, it was great and fit perfectly in the jam's theme. The art style was a bit too simplistic, but the creativity made up for it. You did an amazing job, and even if you don't continue developing this particular game, I hope you keep making other games. You have potential, and your creativity shines through.

There's a moving platform after the 3rd slime, and I also got confused the first time and ended up throwing myself off the cliff chasing after others, hahaha.

Wow, what an intriguing atmosphere you managed to create. I was immersed and bewildered while controlling a purple, square, and shiny coin in this dark map. Cool art style, by the way.

Speaking of the jam's theme, I'm not sure if playing as the coin counts as a role reversal because it wouldn't make a difference if I were playing as the slime and collecting coins, right?

But regardless, I found it enjoyable, and I'm confident that if you keep developing games, you'll be able to create even better things over time. You have potential.

What an interesting mechanic, it seemed very innovative. I don't recall seeing anything like it anywhere else.

I found it quite challenging; in fact, I got stuck on some levels. I missed having a restart button; I ended up closing and reopening the game multiple times. I didn't manage to complete all the levels.

The art style is good, and the sounds were an interesting choice, but I would have appreciated some music.

I hope you continue developing; you have potential.

Oh, I didn't know dragonflies eat flies, you live and learn... just kidding.

But cool, this was the first game I played that seemed to hit the theme. It has a resemblance to Pac-Man, right? Switching roles during the game.

I loved the art style, the sounds were okay, but I would have appreciated some music.

I hope you continue developing games; you have room to improve and refine your skills.

OMG, I'm laughing out loud here. What a messy dad, just like mine. Your idea is so creative, I didn't expect to laugh this much, and I didn't see that allergic newspaper coming, hahaha. And it was so challenging, I was impressed with the difficulty level. I wasn't expecting that, especially not a sneaky second level. I had a great time playing this game, thank you. As for the jam's theme, I'm not sure if you hit the mark completely. I played as a character who was supposed to help the dad at all times. I was hoping that at some point, the roles would be reversed, and maybe I could play as the dad to help the son. I'm not sure if it would be an interesting idea, but it would have fit the theme better. Just an observation, though. It didn't make the game worse. I hope you continue developing fun games like this; you have potential.

Oh no! I managed to destroy all the boxes, and I was hoping to see a new level with a greater challenge. Unfortunately, there was nothing else, not even a victory message, haha! But that's alright; it just means I was left wanting more. As for the jam's theme, I'm not sure if you addressed it well. In the end, I controlled what seemed to be the game's protagonist, and while the gravity-shifting mechanic is interesting, it didn't feel like I was playing a different role. However, I absolutely loved the art style, and the music was enjoyable too. I hope you continue developing games because you have a lot of potential to grow and improve!

Wow, those graphics are cool! I really loved the art style you chose, and the music is fun too, although a bit repetitive. The mechanic of speeding up with soda and slowing down with hamburgers wasn't clear in my mind, but it did make the game a bit more interesting. Despite all that, the game isn't very enjoyable, and I think the way you tackled the jam's theme felt a bit forced (in the sense that you pushed it too hard). After all, what difference would it make if I moved the person holding the box instead of moving the box itself? I'm sorry to say this without offering solutions on how to make the game better. However, I hope you continue developing games because you have room to grow and improve.

Thanks for playing! Sorry about the controls. About the mechanics, for a full game we're going to think of something more consistent, less random and less frustrating. Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry about the controls. I agree they could be better, just wanted to suggest an alternative using an external app to improve the experience. But please, rate the game without considering this.

Thanks for playing!

The way you improve this mecanic is very cool, congrats.

Thanks for playing our game! You can take a look at our latest submissions to itch.io if you're interested. If you have a controller, I recommend using the "xppader" app to map your keyboard and play with whatever settings you want.

I agree with you! The mechanics of the data could have been better explained. But we did all this in a short time, we worked more on Sunday than on other days. But thanks, we will think of better solutions next time.

(1 edit)

Wow, cool idea! Our first idea was to have more playable characters, with different types of attacks. But we didn't think about different effects for the data, it's certainly something that we can apply in the future.  You can take a look at our latest submissions to itch.io if you're interested. If you have a controller, I recommend using the "xppader" app to map your keyboard and play with whatever settings you want. The latest game has original music!

Thank you, I recommend using the "xpadder" app to have a better experience when playing our game. Maybe put a playlist in the background so you don't play without sound too.

Why 'unoriginal'? Tell me a game from this jam that you thought was more original. Anyway, thanks for the compliment, I was responsible for the art of this game :3

Cool music and art. But at times it felt a little boring. Perhaps the board could have more effects and be more visible on the screen. I don't know if I liked the level design, I believe you can work more on it.. The 'coolest' level was the snow one, where there was some visible special effect.

Cool art and mechanics, very innovative (check out "Rolf", one of the games in this jam, which has very similar mechanics). I missed a direction indicator in your game, but I liked your die's special powers better. Very good, keep developing!

I can't believe I made it with two dices! At first I found the controls a little bad, but maybe that's because my cursor speed is too fast. Other than that I really enjoyed the game, congratulations

Omg so cute. I loved playing this. Maybe I would zoom out a little bit. And I would think more about the effects of faces 2 and 5. Maybe not every face needs an effect. In future additions maybe customizing the dice faces would be a nice feature to add. Anyway, beautiful graphics, and very creative mechanics. Congratulations.

Sorry, but I tried everything and the game didn't start. Which button should I press?
What else can I say? From the description I was curious to play, sad that I couldn't.

Interesting idea. I can see that you've put a lot of effort into making this difficult and challenging. But maybe you haven't thought enough about whether this would be fun. I think you perhaps used the theme too literally. And the last level interface was a bit messy, I couldn't press all the buttons, but that didn't stop me from playing. Congratulations on the effort.

Wow, I loved the graphics! My pc take a deep breath to run the game. I didn't like that the weapon doesn't have a logical order of colors, but I think that's what justifies the theme of the jam. Other than that (and that bad dice, which only served to frustrate me as I tried to find the right color that randomly comes with the weapon, not fun at all) I liked it.

I liked. But omg the dice speed...so slow! Other than that, I found it quite fun. Some levels were even a little hard.

Interesting. I believe you still need to polish the mechanics better to solve some bugs (eg when the red ball goes through the cube wall). Maybe improving the way we control the ball and adding some mazes and obstacles will make it more interesting. Other levels could be different types of dices (like those used in tabletop rpgs, like d10, d12, d20). Your game has its charm, but it's still in the early stages of being a good game.
